I am having moderate lower back pain issues for the past 1 month since I fell down from bike.
Doctor advised me to take certain medications it contains Neproxen 500mg and ppi also for 10 days.
My concern is I am a patient of chronic indigestion and acidity.
Shall I use NSAID with ppi.
Will it cause any further gastric issue?

You can take double dose of PPI before meal for 5 days and instead of naproxen you should take Tab Etoricoxib with muscle relaxant (tab. Etrorlib MR ) 60mg twice a day for 5 days
