Is Gas in the evening, stomach bloating, bad breath of mouth, sometime heartburn, Muscles blinking, Leg pain are symptoms of magnesium/ electrolyte deficiency? What can be the problem.

From last 3 weeks i have loss of appetite, slight heaviness in upper centre abdominal pain (upper navel). From few days i am feeling dull pain as well specially after eating or sitting in specific posture. I have gone through LFT, KFT, ultrasound, upper endoscopy, all reports are normal. I have lost around 7 kg weight in 3-4 weeks. I have got h pylori positive result in rapid test done via endoscopy. I am really worried, what should i do? Having acidity since a month completed course of Pantil L for 10 days after that acidity came back again when ever i eat little spicy food or any sour fruit i get hyper acidity but no abdominal pain and No vomit just hyper acidity and gas any solution

I have been suffering from foul-smelling gas for the last three years. No particular food causes it. Any food consumed causes a smell. Sometimes I feel gas being stuck in different parts of my body and it releases very slowly. The main problem is smell. I don't have any other digestive issues other thn occasionally contipation. Charcoal tablets, probiotic meds , hingwastik churna didn't work well. Please tell me how to fix this smell as early as possible. If it is fermentation of food problem in the digestive area how to get rid of this( I am getting married in December) . PS - SIBO and H. pylori reports are negative, Ultrasound is fine and endoscopy is normal. No celiac and lactose allergy. Any other test required?

Dear Sir,After eating my stomach feel more hard.Also more bloating..Consulted with Docket advice 1 week tablet.The bloating was stopped but I getting more hungry while reaching afternoon 12.0 and Evening 7.0.How ever not able to fully eat and tied up. Request your advice.
