Last year I had H. pylori with nausea and heaviness after meals. After treatment, nausea is gone. Now I mainly have upper stomach fullness (2 fingers above navel) after pooping (30–45 mins or more), occasionally after eating on an empty stomach in the morning. Stool and flatulence have always been foul-smelling(since 2022) . No acidity , no stomach pain or cramps, no diarrhoea. SIBO test was negative. This year i again tested myself for h.pylori and its negative. Vitamin/mineral levels are mostly normal. Endoscopy is normal. I have already tried medicines for the symptoms but they don’t work. I want to identify the root cause, not just manage symptoms. Which tests do you suggest to evaluate this?

Hello, I have been suffering on and off stomach pain and I have done blood tests and ultrasound of stomach, ecg and chest xray and all came normal. But still my stomach issues is not solved. I am very anxious regarding this and not sure what to do.

Hello Doctors, Post Lunch I feel mucus in my throat. It will be discomfort during evening, I try coughing and clear mucus. Burps and I feel something is stuck. I get wheezing sound when I exhale fully. Frequently I get running nose. I eat my food fast and it is because I chew less? What is this condition?
