Stomach Problems & Remedies

I went out for dinner on Sunday and after coming back home, started feeling very uneasy and vomited twice in the night. Whatever I had consumed came out in the vomit and it was painful. My throat has become sore because of the force with which it came out and I'm still unable to speak with my normal voice. I also developed small 3-4 red spots in my left eye due to the pressure of vomit (they are not as prominent now but the redness in the eye is still there). No vomits happened yesterday or today, however I'm concerned that if i don't take any medication, i might have an untreated stomach infection. Kindly advise if I need to take any medicines. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

I am suffering from severe stomach burning and gastritis, acid reflux so I started taking aloe vera for it because previously it helped, only this aloe vera, actual plant leaf, inside clear gel, but after taking I am suffering from severe bloating and severe constipation, I have not passed motion in a month, I took aloe vera for 1 and half month, so please help me, I have stopped taking aloe vera now, what should of do? I am not able to take any medicine because of severe acidify. Will my constipation improve ?

I feel burning sensation at the upper back sometimes right side and left side. Indigestion is there since last 2 days and burning 15 days. Stools are hard but in normal colour. Recommend test other than endoscopy to rule out the cause

I am suffering from severe stomach burning, so only pure aloe vera gel from natural plant helps me with stomach burning, I am taking it 10 grams per day, which is pure gel from plant after removing the green and yellow part, I also have high BP and diabetes, please tell me can I consume 10 grams of aloe vera gel per day? Is it safe? Hi Doc, I had eaten put 2 days back, and since then, my stomach has not been keeping well. I am constipated, bloated and and have a burning sensation in my stomach. Also, frequent pain in the stomach. Had tried having Pudin Hara, and warm water bag but nothing helps for more than 10 mins. Can you please assist on this.
