My wife delivered in February this year. She developed anal fissure a month later, which healed. However, she keeps getting cuts on the anal area with constant pricking sensation and cannot defecate fully, she feels defecation is incomplete. There is no bleeding or hard motion at all though. A couple of months ago, a doctor prescribed probiotics for 10 days - prularen, kluvagut, hepagress, symbulardi. These completely healed her, she could defecate normally. Even pricking etc disappeared. However since a couple of weeks the defecation problem resurfaced, along with cuts. So, can she take these probiotics again, since she recovered earlier with these.

Hi doctors, I have navel ( in depth)burning sensation for past 10 days and also paining sense... please suggest me what can I do and don't do...

I feel discomfort from a long time on left side below my rib area. Whenever i sleep on left side i feel contraction discomfort at a point, also due to this the pain radiates to my back also. I have noticed whenever i eat heavy or spicy i feel this discomfort. Sometimes it is so bad that i can even sit or sleep. I have done Ultrasound and everything is normal in that. Suggest me what could be the possible reason and treatment.
