Constipation and hard stool generelly occurs due to lack of fibre in diet . You can include more fruits, vegetables, cereals in your diet to fulfill fibre requirement. You can take Isabgol hisk with water to soften stool. Drink more water and do a walk regularly

This looks like constipation 👍 Librax is not for this and can sometimes worsen it. Increase water, fiber fruits, vegetables, and start a mild laxative at night. Regular bowel habit is important. If not improving, better to review and adjust treatment can book a consultation.

Your symptoms are suggestive of constipation, and hard stools with difficulty passing are quite common. One important point—Librax is not meant for constipation; in fact, it can sometimes worsen it by slowing bowel movement. So your current medication may actually be contributing to the problem rather than helping.
Next Steps
- Start a stool softener like lactulose syrup (15–20 ml at night) or isabgol (psyllium husk) with warm water - Increase water intake (2.5–3 liters/day) - Add fiber-rich foods: fruits (papaya, banana), vegetables, oats - Try to maintain a fixed timing for bowel habit (preferably morning)
Health Tips
- Do not strain excessively while passing stool - Avoid long-term use of medications like  Librax without clear indication - Physical activity (walking) helps bowel movement - Consult a doctor if constipation is persistent, associated with pain, bleeding, or weight loss With some simple changes and the right medication, this is usually easily manageable.
