Your signs are suggesting gastritis ,which are more due to eating habits and life style . You should consult a physician and with that shift your eating habits to less oily and less spicy food If not doing any physical activity then start some walking and exercises

Hi. Your symptoms are suggestive of gastritis or acid peptic disease. The ultrasound mentions mild pyloric thickening (8–9 mm), but this finding alone does not confirm pyloric stenosis in adults and should be correlated with your symptoms. An upper GI endoscopy and, if indicated, H. pylori testing may be required for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile, avoid spicy/oily foods, tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, and NSAID painkillers. Please consult a gastroenterologist for examination and appropriate treatment (such as a PPI if indicated). Seek urgent medical care if you develop persistent vomiting, vomiting blood, black stools, severe abdominal pain, or significant weight loss.

Treating a burning sensation in the stomach alongside a thickened pylorus focuses on managing excess stomach acid and alleviating blockages (pyloric stenosis or hypertrophy) that prevent food from leaving the stomach easily. Treatment ranges from dietary changes and medication to surgical intervention. 1. Medications Acid Reducers: Doctors typically prescribe Proton Pump Inhibitors (PPIs) (e.g., omeprazole, pantoprazole) or H2 blockers to neutralize and reduce the production of stomach acid. Mucosal Protectants: Medications like sucralfate can be used to coat and soothe the stomach lining, offering relief from burning. Antibiotics: If tests detect an H. pylori bacterial infection—a common cause of both gastritis and stomach burning—a 14-day course of antibiotics and PPIs will be necessary. 2. Dietary Modifications To prevent food from sitting and fermenting in the stomach, which worsens burning and nausea, diet adjustments are crucial: Frequent, Small Meals: Eat 5–6 small meals throughout the day rather than large ones to reduce pressure on the stomach and allow easier digestion. Easy-to-Digest Foods: Favor soft-textured, low-fiber, and low-fat foods like mashed potatoes, well-cooked vegetables, rice, bananas, and lean proteins. Avoid Irritants: Strictly limit spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol, and carbonated beverages, as these aggravate stomach burning and weaken the valve between the esophagus and stomach. 3. Lifestyle Adjustments Stay Upright After Eating: Do not lie down for at least 2–3 hours after a meal to help gravity move contents out of your stomach and prevent acid reflux. Chew Thoroughly: Break down solid food completely into a liquid or mashed-potato consistency before swallowing to ease the stomach's workload. Hydrate Strategically: Sip plenty of fluids, but balance them out rather than drinking large volumes all at once with solid food. 4. Surgical Intervention If the thickened pylorus creates a significant gastric outlet obstruction or severe gastroparesis (slowing stomach emptying), surgery may be the required definitive treatment: [1, 2, 3] Pyloromyotomy: This surgical procedure widens the tight, blocked pyloric muscle. It is often done via minimally invasive laparoscopy, enabling food and liquid to pass easily from the stomach to the small intestine.
Next Steps
Do an endoscopy.

Stomach outlet is pylorus and that is thickened. Because of this thickening gastric contents are not being emptied at a rate where it should be emptied. As gastric contents ( acid, enzymes , food etc) residency within stomach, you are facing pain and burning sensation.
Next Steps
seek help from gastroenterologist. you may need to undergo endoscopy if needed.  if pyloric stenosis is severe then surgical procedure is required ( laser therapy while endoscopy or pylorectomy). otherwise oral medicine is enough.

Your USG report gives a clear explanation for your symptoms. Two findings: (1) Grade I fatty liver — the liver shows increased echotexture, meaning early fat deposition, which is manageable with diet and lifestyle changes. (2) Pyloric thickening of 8–9 mm (normal is
Next Steps
If symptoms persist after 4–6 weeks of PPI, get an upper GI endoscopy done to check for H. pylori and peptic ulcer disease. Also get liver function tests. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
