Burning pain sensation under right rib
Increases after food. Nothing found in abdomen ultrasound. Has been there for last three years. Some days there is no pain. Have lost 12 kg in last three. Have become active walker . Weight loss could be due to that. Height 5ft 3 in, weight 45 kg

Burning sensation in chest or abdomen could be because of Acid peptic disease. Pain after meals could be because of Gastric ulcers, and so is weight loss as the appetite is decreased. Are you eating well or the burning affecting you diet? Consult a physician for evaluation as ulcers or acid-peptic disease not diagnosed on ultrasound.
Next Steps
U can take Tab Raciper 40mg twice a day 30mins before meals for 15days for Acidity if it doesn't help or aggravates consult a physician immediately.
