Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from bloating, acidity, digestion problem, feels like if I eat something than my stomach will burst,and upper part of stomach is not feeling good..

My Chest feels heavy these day throughout the day There's a difficulty in breathing And i am burping alot these days and can't eat much Is it because of i have nasal polyp which is not letting me breathe and i am breathing through my mouth the whole day which is why the air is getting stored in the stomach causing me burp and difficulty in breathing?

I can still feel a mass protruding out from anus if I am a little constipated after hemmoroid surgery .. I went for staple surgery 4and it has been 4 months The mass coming out is the same as the one I had earlier for which I went for surgery This time the mass coming out is soft compared to before surgery but causes obstruction while popping Is surgery failed or it is normal after surgery

From past one week iam having loose motions daily 2-3 times . And especially when I eat something .. and also bloating loudly sometimes after I eat especially night .. and lot of mucus in my throat when I cough it comes out side and also sometimes when I study much there is feeling of something coming upto throat with heat sensation from lungs to throat .. can any one advice me medicine and i saty in hostel .. i don't have money to take consultation so I kindly urge to tell medicine 🙏 I have exams next week .. and is nermotrezole and dsr tablet good ..? For my problem 😔

2 year back i found pus in my navel and I went to doctor he asked it was due to not proper hygiene and he asked me to take some antibiotics I take that for 15 days and pus was gone. But 4 months back it was again there in my navel and I again visited that doctor now he gave me antibiotics and an ointment to apply in navel area it was again ok that time. But from last 2 months it is regularly there as I take antibiotics for 15 days and I waited for few days and this time I changed my doctor and went to surgeon he plan a CT and now CT report is there it shown PATENT URACHUS. Nw my question is what to do now my doctor asked me for surgery please suggest what to do. If you want I will send my reports Thanks
