Internet gives you wrong diagnosis. Please meet a gastroenterologist prior to come to a conclusion of SIBO.  Your symptoms can be caused by gastritis or H.pylori infection as well. Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) is an excess of bacteria in the small intestine that causes bloating, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. It happens when food moves too slowly through the gut, letting bacteria grow where they do not belong. Doctors use a non-invasive breath test to check for gases like hydrogen and methane.SIBO is diagnosed primarily using hydrogen and methane breath tests, alongside clinical symptom evaluation and rarely small bowel fluid cultures.
