Biopsy report along with RUT positive is suggestive of H. pylori infection. Take triple therapy as advised by your consulting doctor along with other medications. Nothing much to worry.

If your endoscopy report says pan gastritis and RUT positive, it usually means:
Pan gastritis: Inflammation involving most or all of the stomach lining.
RUT positive: The Rapid Urease Test detected infection with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori), which is a common cause of gastritis and peptic ulcers.
Now we have to go for Quad therapy with acid Suppression Plus confirmation of Eradication
MoreOver some dietary modifications like
Avoid NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen or diclofenac) unless prescribed.
Stop smoking if applicable.
Limit alcohol if you drink.
Avoid foods that consistently worsen your symptoms (spicy, acidic, or very fatty foods in some people).
Eat smaller, more frequent meals if large meals aggravate symptoms.
And Repeat the Tests

H. Pylori infection. Because of no need , diagnosis is already made of h.pylori .biopsy taken when esophagus mucosa is erythmatous or redissh,or changes occure.you need to start antibiotic treatment ASAP with lifestyle modifications and dietary habits. Avoid street food and oily as much as you can.
