7days of continuous loose stools needs immediate medical attention. In case of loose stools many things needs to be considered... Like how many episodes per day? How much fluid is lost? Are you able to pass urine or not.? Possible cause for loose stools - bacteria/ viral/ parasitic or any other reason Blood in stool?
Next Steps
better seek a physical consultation and get yourself checked properly

Hello. Experiencing continuous loose motions and vomiting for 6 days that have failed to respond to multiple consecutive antimicrobial regimens—including O2, Rifraxgyl M, and antimotility agents—requires urgent clinical care. When acute diarrhea persists despite multiple rounds of antibiotics, it could point to a non-bacterial viral etiology, a resistant parasitic pathogen, or heavily disrupted gut flora (antibiotic-associated dysbiosis) caused by the rapid succession of different strong medications. At this stage, blindly switching to further oral medications can worsen gut irritation and delay recovery.
Next Steps
Immediate Critical Actions: Aggressive Oral Rehydration: Prioritize drinking ORS (Oral Rehydration Salts) water consistently in small, frequent sips throughout the day, rather than large gulps. This replaces lost sodium, potassium, and vital electrolytes to prevent systemic dehydration. Basic Gut Rest: Stick strictly to a soft, bland, and easily digestible diet. Follow the BRAT model (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, curd rice) and completely avoid dairy, spicy food, oily dishes, and caffeine. Probiotic Support: Incorporate a high-quality therapeutic probiotic supplement (containing Saccharomyces boulardii or Lactobacilli) to help rebuild the disrupted bacterial ecosystem in your intestines.
Health Tips
Warning Red Flags: Because your symptoms have persisted for 6 days, you must monitor closely for severe red flags. If you experience extreme dizziness when standing up, an inability to retain fluids due to persistent vomiting, high-grade fever, severe abdominal cramps, or notice blood or mucus in your stool, you should immediately go to a healthcare facility for intravenous (IV) fluid resuscitation and baseline blood/stool investigations.
