Could be gastritis or peptic ulcer disease. It's basically excessive stomach acid production leading to stomach mucosa erosion, because of which you feel pain.
If it's after food ingestion it can be duodenal ulcer. If before food then stomach ulcer.

If pain increases on pressing the ribs or with deep breathing, it's likely musculoskeletal (costochondritis). If it's related to meals, it could be gastritis or IBS. USG being normal is reassuring but doesn't rule out everything. Note if pain is with eating or movement.
