Watery motions 4-5 times a day with bloating, gas and urgency is acute gastroenteritis, most often viral or food related. The main job right now is fluid replacement, not stopping the motions - ORS after every loose stool, plus curd rice, khichdi, banana. Avoid milk, tea, oily and outside food for a few days. Do not take loperamide-type tablets if there is fever or blood in stool.
Next Steps
Take ORS and a zinc tablet for 10 days; most cases settle in 3-4 days. If there is fever, blood or mucus in stool, vomiting, giddiness or less urine, you need to be seen the same day. If it drags beyond a week, we test stool and rule out IBS or infection - consult me on Practo and I will set the treatment.

Since you gave a history of 10 years or more, most probably you have irritable bowel syndrome. It gets exaggerates when you have something which irritates your stomach. So my advice would be that you take care of your diet, take probiotic course instead of getting symptomatic treatment each time you suffer and get an immediate usg whole abdomen done
