Stomach ache and acidity
After my periods got over i started feeling pain un my right side of the stomach below the navel while having my normal defecation And i took some natural remedies and try to release the gas and it actually helped me defecate and the pain stopped too then at night i took a ayurvedic tablet for clearing out my stomach so the next day my stomach pain increased in morning and after having my potty the pain went away a bit but still it felt heavy and i had pain and the pain was of gas may be as i was burping a lot and passing gas too but then i am feeling better but still a bit heavy and the drum like noise comes from stomach and i still feel heavy a bit but i'm feeling normal so what it may be Coz the pain is not constant at one place it's roaming and circling in my whole stomach and gets fine by burping or having potty . So what could be the reason ?
