Acidity since 4 days
I have acidity since 4 days. My stomach aches and feels hot. Also this happens every month for a week before my periods. Also it pinches during acidity and I can feel movement. My stools are also not proper since 4 days.

Gut health during pre menstrual phase is uncertain. But if this happens regularly, try to make lifestyle changes Avoid sleeping or lying right after meals, exercise or walk for 20-30 mins, eat fruits,consume plenty of water.
