Stomach pain & Acidity
After have alcohol next day I have acidity also I have been drinking for more than an year now and I have slight pain or discomfort most of time in my upper left abdomen. Also I get bad acidity most of days especially after drinking. Should I go for an ultrasound but it's not unmanageable or should I take some medicine please guide.

Might be pancreatitis issue or Gastroenteritis.  Do atleast amylase and lipase test along with usg Upper abdomen. Take Pantop 40 MG po BD Tab drotin ds po bd all for 3 days.  If needed perfect medication kindly text or consult . I need proper history to discuss then only I can prescribe nicely.  Take care.

Take antacids for now Stay hydrated. : drink plenty of water juices and electral to compensate dehydration by Alcohol. Stop drinking.

Get an ultrasound and blood work done. Maybe there is some issue with the liver. Or there is a gastric ulcer. Needs evaluation.
