To much stomach pain and acidity
My dad is having a lot of stomach pain and has a lot of acidity. He tried eno and omee but nothing is working out for him. Please suggest some medicines

Stomach pain can be due a whole lot of probable causes. Cause needs to be evaluated to be treated.  Gastritis gall stones appendicitis gastro enteritis etc are commo  causes.
Next Steps
stop coffee cold drinks tea etc.  have plenty of oral fluids. usg abdomen may be required depending on associated symptoms.
Health Tips
antibiotics  and supportive medications after confirmation of diagnosis.
