Severe gas and stomach pain with vomitin
I am 18 years old and since yesterday I am having severe stomach pain along with a lot of gas and vomiting. My stomach feels heavy and uncomfortable even when I don’t eat much. I feel nauseous and weak. Please suggest what could be the reason and what medicine or home remedy I can take for quick relief.

Symptoms suggest you have gastritis or gastroenteritis You can take medicine for symptomatic relief For vomiting - Domperidone For gas / acidity - pentoprazole For stomach pain - spasmindon Do not take heavy meal , take  small frequent meal only
Next Steps
Immediate Home Treatment - ORS (very important) Since you are vomiting, dehydration will worsen weakness. ORS 200 ml every 1–2 hours - Warm water Drink warm water instead of cold — helps gas and indigestion. - Jeera (Cumin) water Boil 1 teaspoon jeera in 1 glass water → drink warm. Reduces gas, heaviness, acidity. - Ginger water or tea Ginger reduces vomiting and stomach cramps. - Avoid these for 24 hours Milk, Tea/coffee, Oily food , Spicy food, Outside food ,Heavy meals Eat only: Khichdi , Curd rice , Toast , Banana , Cocconut water if symptoms persist more than 24 hours then you can consult me on practo Take care Dr. Dilip

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are in so much discomfort. Severe stomach pain with vomiting and nausea can be due to several reasons, such as acute gastritis, food poisoning, or a stomach infection (gastroenteritis).
Next Steps
Here is what you can do for immediate care: Hydration is Key: Since you are vomiting, the most important thing is to prevent dehydration. Take small, frequent sips of water, coconut water, or an Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS). Rest Your Stomach: Avoid any solid, spicy, oily, or heavy foods for at least the next few hours. Safe Home Remedy: You can try sipping on clear fluids like ginger tea or peppermint tea, as these can sometimes help calm nausea. To give you a prescription for 'quick relief,' I need to ask you more specific questions (about your last meals, fever, etc.). Please start a paid consultation so we can discuss your symptoms privately and I can prescribe the correct and safe medication for you. You can connect with me directly through my profile.
Health Tips
I strongly advise against taking any over-the-counter medicine for pain or vomiting without a proper diagnosis. Because the pain is "severe," the wrong medicine could mask a more serious issue.

Possible causes: Viral gastroenteritis, food poisoning or gas buildup
Next Steps
Stop solid food for 4–6 hrs; sip ORS (6 tsp sugar + ½ tsp salt in 1L water). Ginger tea: Boil ½ inch ginger, add honey, sip slowly for nausea. Fennel tea: 1 tsp saunf in hot water for gas relief. Warm compress on stomach + left-side lying to ease bloating. OTC (if tolerable): Digene/Gas-O-Fast for gas, Domstal 10mg for nausea, Dolo 650 for pain. Avoid: Dairy, spicy/oily food, ibuprofen, plain water alone. Red flags: Severe localized pain, blood in vomit/stool, no urine >6 hrs.
