Hello dear, This could be indigestion, gastritis, early gastroenteritis, or increased bowel activity. If there is no severe pain, repeated vomiting, fever, blood in stool, or abdominal distension, it is reasonable to observe initially.
Next Steps
For today
Take ORS/water in small frequent amounts.
Eat light food; avoid oily/spicy food, alcohol and heavy meals.
Rest and avoid strenuous activity.
If there is significant acidity/burning, an antacid may help.
Health Tips
If the feeling becomes localized or severe abdominal pain, vomiting starts repeatedly, fever develops, kindly consult me for more detailed evaluation.
You need proper care and treatment. Please consult a general physician as you need to get treated based on the history and any conditions you might have and that changes the treatment plan
Kindly consult and give proper detailed history along with symptoms for evaluation and take proper timely treatment with relevant investigations if required.
Require detailed history. Did you eat something from outside? Do you have fever? Do you have cramps in your stomach? Does headache feel triggered by light or sound?
Please share full details on consultation.
Next Steps
For temporary relief, you can take ondansetron 4 mg tablet for vomiting twice daily for 3 days. With Paracetamol for headache SOS. If headache is too much take combination of caffeine and pcm. Have PCM after eating something. With a gap of minimum 6 hours. Not more than 3 in a day(only for pcm not pcm&caffeine combination)
Headache with repeated vomiting can be due to a migraine, but the severity and associated symptoms matter.
I would not ignore a new or unusually severe headache without an examination.
Next Steps
Rest, take small frequent sips of water/ORS, and arrange an assessment today if it is persisting.
A headache with nausea and a couple of vomiting episodes in one morning usually points to something short-lived, like a migraine, acidity or a stomach bug. It doesn't sound like an emergency from what you've described.
Next Steps
Sip water or ORS in small amounts through the day and rest in a dark, quiet room for now. See a doctor today if the vomiting continues, you can't keep fluids down, or a fever shows up.
