Bloating with belching for a few days often comes from mild indigestion or trapped gas, and it's usually not serious.
Next Steps
Try smaller, more frequent meals and cut back on fizzy drinks and oily food for now. See a general physician if it doesn't ease up soon.

Your symptoms may be due to gastritis/indigestion or excess gas. For now, avoid spicy/oily foods, carbonated drinks and large meals. You may take medicine after meals as needed for bloating. Please let me know your age, pain location, acidity/heartburn, bowel pattern, and any vomiting or fever so I can guide you further. If pain becomes severe or you develop vomiting, blood/black stools, or marked abdominal swelling, please seek medical attention.
Next Steps
For now, take small meals, avoid spicy/oily food, tea/coffee and carbonated drinks, and walk for 10–15 minutes after meals. You may take simethicone for bloating if needed. If symptoms do not improve within 2–3 days, or keep recurring, please consult a doctor for examination and further evaluation.

You should definitely change your diet. Take healthy food. It is better to avoid oils and gluten foods. Try fasting for 24 hrs and start taking food in small portions only when you feel hungry. If you don't feel any improvement consult doctor/gastroenterologist.
