Apple cider vinegar, tea and coffee could cause gastric irritation. You should avoid taking it empty stomach. Instead you should have cooling and non irritant drinks like coconut water, nimbu sharbat etc. as you already suffering from gstritis, you need to take treatment to avoid further gastritis and danage to your stomach linings. Please consult personally for treatment and further advise
