Unintentional weight loss despite eating well needs proper evaluation, not just supplements. I would review your IBS symptoms, appetite, thyroid, diabetes, CBC, liver/kidney tests and stool assessment as needed. Please track your weight weekly and follow up with your physician soon, especially if it continues. You may book a Practo consult with me or visit me at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj.

Losing weight steadily despite eating well often means your body isn't getting enough calories, or your IBS treatment plan needs adjusting. This is best reviewed with your treating physician rather than managed on your own.

Continuous wt loss and not gaining wt even after having enough food can be because of multiple reasons. There should be proper evaluation of other symptom also. Wt loss is very unspecific symptom. There should be other signs and symptoms relating to some diseases like hyperthyroidism DM1 OR any kind of malabsorption .
Next Steps
thorough examination and proper history taking is needed.so please consult here or any other physician and get the proper dignosis
