Post-Meal Symptoms bloood test results
My daughter develops several symptoms after eating, especially after consuming oily or fatty foods. The symptoms usually include: * Stomach and body bloating * Abdominal discomfort or pain * Brain fog and difficulty thinking clearly * Mood swings, irritability, and anger * Tingling sensations throughout the body * Slouched posture * White vaginal discharge with odour * Reduced concentration and mental clarity The following blood and urine test results were outside the normal range Hemoglobin 11.7 g/dL HCT 35.9% Lymphocytes 46.3% Absolute lymphocyte count   3.48 10^3/uL C-Reactive-Protein(Quantitative) 4.50 mg/L Blood Urea Nitrogen  8 mg/L Urea  17.12 mg/L Leucocyte  Esterase 2+ Vitamin D  25.6 ng/ml Vitamin B12 276 pg/ml Could you please suggest the possible issue? Thank you

These symptoms are associated with various causes like malabsorption, celiac disease and sibo. White discharge with esterase positive suggest uti (urinary tract infection).treatment needed.for other symptoms go for usg whole abdomen, lft and pancreatic enzymes.other things are manageable . So first treat uti infection with gynecologist and then consult with gastroenterologist.
