Post Covid Ibs Symptoms - Recovered From Covid But Having Ibs

Post Covid IBS symptoms

Recovered from covid but having IBS symptoms such as Diarrhea, Acidity and Feel to vomit after having food. Diarrhea and acidity is somewhat cured after Norflox TZ and Sporlac powder but still it feels like to vomit after eating anything. Also facing sleep disorder in between. Please suggest
