What are these symptoms for?
Today morning around 5 O'clock
-Lower abdomen cramps as during period
- Lower back pain as during period
- vomiting
- Dizziness
Continuous pain unable to bear tha pain don't know what to do. Please help me to know what are these symptoms of ans what should I do?

Dear user,
Take analgesic of your choice and consult a doctor properly, for medication ( not possible to write in general chat) Also you will need an ultrasound abdomen.
Take fluids (hydration is must) - if having vomiting , might need iv drip
