  4. Cramping pain lower abdomen. Diagnosis?

Cramping pain lower abdomen
Cramping pain in lower abdomen at 4 AM in the morning since 5 days.. pain relieved after motion. I pass stools twice a day which are foamy.. and i feel dehydrated after motion.. what might be the diagnosis?
