As per guidline for 4th generation 45 day final test to be done but it is also said that if some one exposure to infection it would detect 14 to 21 days ,some says 11 to 14 days, some say 18 days, if 21 days is non detection than how many chances that at 45 days also it will come non detection.. As per your knowledge... Because p24 detection is early that's why this test has been introduced to detect early...so how much accuracy at 21 day.

I was exposed to sex 30 april and my partner was negative after I checked 14 days just because I fear i tested him both 4th generation test, and I also test 21 day after that result came negative,i was started little cough I scared and go for test my concern is if cold was happen due to infection that my test will catch that virus,if result came negative then this cold is not due to infection...

My brother had scabies last October, and I also had itching from it in January. First, my thighs itched a lot at night, then it itched under my chest as well. I applied my brother's lotion which he had brought from the hospital.Itching reduced due to this, after that I was diagnosed with stone in my gallbladder and I got its surgery done, there was no itching during those days, though now it is not that itchy but I still have itching in my thighs, is that the reason?Would that scabies not have healed yet? I even had surgery done, would that cause any problem?At this time I suddenly feel cold waves in my body, suddenly on any body part.Could this be due to scabies? If yes, please tell me what I should do.
