As per guidline for 4th generation 45 day final test to be done but it is also said that if some one exposure to infection it would detect 14 to 21 days ,some says 11 to 14 days, some say 18 days, if 21 days is non detection than how many chances that at 45 days also it will come non detection..
As per your knowledge...
Because p24 detection is early that's why this test has been introduced to detect early...so how much accuracy at 21 day.

If not detected at 45 days, means it is negative. Small variations can occur in results after early testing, I.e from 11 to 14 to 18 days. But not before that.
