Take tab uprise 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks. Tab methyl cobalamine 1000mcg daily for 4 to 6 weeks. Take whole grains,  milk and milk products,  nuts, berries, eggs, mushrooms, soya, fortified cereals.

Low Vitamin D3 and B12 are extremely common, especially in young working professionals with limited sun exposure and dietary factors. Both are very correctable with proper supplementation. For Vitamin D3: Take D-Rise 60000 IU (one sachet) once a week for 8 weeks, then switch to a daily maintenance dose of 1000-2000 IU. Also try to get 15-20 minutes of morning sunlight daily. For B12: Take Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg tablets once daily for at least 3 months. If your B12 is very severely low (below 150 pg/mL), injections work faster — a doctor can prescribe Mecobalamin injections in that case. Both deficiencies together can cause fatigue, brain fog, body aches, weakness, and mood changes. After completing the course, recheck your levels in 3 months to see if they've normalized. Dietary tips: Add eggs, dairy, fish, and fortified cereals for B12. For D3, sunlight is the best source but fatty fish and egg yolks also help. Feel free to consult me on Practo for proper guidance.
