There is no obvious ST elevation (which would suggest a heart attack), no clear bundle branch block pattern, and no alarming changes visible in the limb leads or chest leads.
The voltage in V1 appears slightly low, which can be a normal finding in individuals with higher body weight (low voltage due to body habitus).
