My father had 2d echo today and in 2d echo report there is mentioned poor echo window otherwise normal study and in ecg report there is mentioned sinus rythm otherwise normal ecg what does it mean , is it normal?

Poor echo window could be because of fat on body or maybe 2decho was done on portable machine. If ecg and 2decho shows normal, then don't worry.
