Abnormal ECG with normal TMT and 2D echo
Hello sir
I was having left arm pain so i did some test
TMT is normal
2d echo is normal
But ECG is NOT normal
Dr said left arm pain can be Muscular pain
So because of abnormal ECG..i am confused i should go to the gym or not ?
I have attached report
I am really worried please answer

You need to learn a little about TMT.
TMT is nothing but an ECG done when the heart is under stress.
It is difficult to understand that when the heart is in resting condition, the ECG is abnormal. But when the same heart is put to stress by TMT, the ECG becomes normal.
It is illogical.
