Pain would be muscular. Take tab dolocide m.r. one every 8 hours for 3 days, after food, for 3 to 4 days. Give rest to affected part. Apply some hot compression 2 to 3 times daily, but no massage.

Since your TMT, ECG, 2D Echo, and blood tests are all normal, your heart is fine - this is good news! Your shoulder blade pain is most likely from musculoskeletal causes, not cardiac issues. Common reasons for shoulder blade pain when heart tests are normal: 1. Muscle strain or spasm from poor posture (especially if you work at desk/computer) 2. Cervical spine issues (neck problems radiating to shoulder blades) 3. Nerve compression or pinched nerve 4. Rotator cuff problems 5. Sometimes acid reflux/GERD can cause shoulder blade pain The fact that all your cardiac tests are normal rules out heart disease. This type of pain is usually treatable with physiotherapy, posture correction, and pain relief medicines.
Next Steps
1. See an orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist for proper evaluation 2. Get X-ray cervical spine (neck X-ray) to check for bone/disc problems 3. For immediate pain relief: Take Paracetamol 500mg or Ibuprofen 400mg after meals twice daily for 3-5 days 4. Apply hot compress or heating pad on shoulder blade area for 15 minutes, 2-3 times daily 5. Try muscle relaxant: Tablet Myoril 4mg or Thiocolchicoside twice daily for 5 days (after meals) 6. Improve posture: Sit with back straight, keep screen at eye level if you work on computer 7. Do gentle neck and shoulder exercises/stretches - Look up "shoulder blade stretches" on YouTube 8. Consider physiotherapy if pain doesn't improve in 1-2 weeks
Health Tips
✅ Good news: - Your heart is completely healthy (all cardiac tests normal) - This is muscular/skeletal pain - treatable and not dangerous - Most cases improve with physiotherapy and posture correction ⚠️ Red flags - See doctor urgently if: - Chest pain, breathing difficulty, or arm numbness - Pain getting worse despite medicines - Weakness in arms or difficulty moving shoulder - Pain with fever 💡 Posture tips (very important!): - Don't slouch while sitting - Take 5-minute breaks every hour if desk job - Use ergonomic chair with back support - Sleep on firm mattress, avoid sleeping on stomach 🚫 Avoid these: - Heavy lifting or carrying heavy bags on one shoulder - Sleeping in awkward positions - Long hours hunched over phone/laptop - Sudden jerky movements of neck/shoulder ✅ Exercise helps: Gentle stretching and yoga are excellent for shoulder blade pain

The pain could be from muscle, bone, nerve  or any other structure connecting them. Such pain need longer time to heal, so give proper rest. If it doesn't improve, do consult with a doctor.
Next Steps
Observe the nature of pain, where and how it starts, which action provokes pain..
