Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 2 year old has always nose bleeding . He has a cough cold . Every time I noticed it . Is it okay?

Sir/Madam I accidentally walked into a glass door and hit very hard on the forehead. About 8 hours back. I am also having sinus problems. Now from 2 hours I am having severe headache all round , pain in eyes. No vomiting, no loss of sense. Is the pain due to head injury and is it serious or just sinus pain. Kindly help

I am a 26-year-old male experiencing persistent morning symptoms that I would like evaluated. My main concerns are: • Waking up with significant mucus in the throat • Frequent need to clear my throat in the morning • Nasal congestion, especially on waking • No typical acid burning sensation • Symptoms are worse in the morning and improve slightly during the day I have a history of sinus allergies. I also suspect possible silent reflux (LPR), as symptoms seem worse after sleeping, but I do not experience classic heartburn. There is no fever, no severe facial pain, and no foul-smelling nasal discharge. I would like guidance on: Whether this is allergic rhinitis, post-nasal drip, or silent reflux (LPR) Whether I need any investigations (ENT exam, allergy testing, endoscopy, etc.) Appropriate treatment (antihistamines, nasal spray, acid suppression therapy, or others) Whether antibiotics are necessary (currently no signs of acute infection) Additionally, I have noticed some facial dullness

I am having persistent itching inside my nose. I tried Levocetirizine and Cetirizine but didn’t get relief. Some runny nose too.

Yesterday I took a capsule with my usual medicine, drank some water, and lay down. Since then, I feel like something is stuck on the left side of my throat with mild tightness. When I swallow saliva, it still feels slightly stuck. Please advise what I should do or which medicine may help.

My son underwent adenoidectomy on dec and myringotomy in feb 1stweek as his glue ear in both ears didntn cure from 2 months. My son is again getting frequent cold with yellow mucus for 6 to 7 days and takes 10 days to cure. He got 4 episodes of such cold after surgery. We are using zyrcold n saline drops everyday. What steps to take care of my child and are there chances of adenoids regrowth due to this frequent cold. Please guide.

Doctor prescribed augmentin 625 10 tablets and acewok p 10 tablets for 5 days for tonsils .doctor didn't write gas tablet.i am having stomach issues previously and  sensitive stomach.can I take gas tablet or no need.which tablet should I take .

Age 33 having this white spot on both tonsilis for the last 5 month. But they r not growing large. No fever no pain in throat while swallowing or drinking. I kiss someone 5 month ago. After that i am having this problm. In first 2 month i had sore throat in morning. But it substitute now. Only problm having this little white spot on both tonsilis. Do i catch some type of infection after kissing someone or its internal problm. I will be very thankful for ur support
