Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since lockdown started I started to grow a sort of allergy where the symptoms are like severe itchy and watery eyes, running and block nose and extremely continuous sneezing for hours. I started off having generic medicines like cetirizine tablets whenever I had this allergy. This medicine stopped the situation for a few hours and again the same started. By 2022 this medicine stopped working on me and I visited a doctor who recommended my medicine course of Montas L and this kept the allergy 2-3 days away. Firstly the doc suggested that I take a six month course of this medicine on taking in regular for six months. However after 6 months the same allergy persists and every since then I am consuming that medicine. I have also tried bilastine as well but Montas L works the best. Standing today I have to take this medicine after every 3-4 days whenever I get the allergy again. I am more worried now because my husband and I are planning for a baby and this medicine can impact.

I think doctor farheen priscribed wrong medicine. my issue was I'm not able to speak continuously. have to hold breath in chest to Speak little weakness in chest is there

I started snoring since teenage since my nose was always congested and it leads to mouth breathing. Then I tried and practiced nose breathing to prevent myself from snoring and mouth breathing. But in last three years I gained a lot of weight and also got bronchitis in 2024. Post that my snoring got louder. Now I get choked up in the middle of the night. I am unable to breathe properly at night. I am experiencing dry mouth, tiredness and foaming when I wake up. What to do?

Please suggest a good medicine doc have cold and cough..No taste in mouth as well.. have running nose..please help

3 days back done with adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy for my 3.5 year old baby girl and now she is recovering well, My question is will she get cold and sick often as her immunity will be low for some days or months.?

Hi Only while taking lunch (meals) feeling like heavy and I am unable to eat the food . Only it is happening during meals only and it is around 20 min and then I am in fine .

Recently discharged from hospital where in was admitted fr mild stomach pain nd ct shwd mesentric lymphadentis 13mm*8mm nd during stay scan done with other diagnosis of neck nd axila where slight pain in neck radiating nd no fever,nothing could som on help nd thyroid levels normal nd anti tpo 275

When I was exposed to cool weather or cool air or ac.my nose blocking and breath difficult then cold.why these symptoms occur.
