I have pain in throat.severe pain in ear and pain while swallowing.but no cold.also have severe body aches and increase in body temperature.. I have crackling popping ears since 2 months and mild hearing loss i cant hear words clearly sometimes and also in low volume i cant here i told my ent they gave me anti histamine and nasal steroid spray but it is not helping do u have any other suggestion plz and what are the nasal rinse? how to use that can u plz give me more medicine my tympanometry shows A graph in left ear and b graph in right ear
