Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Please suggest if a nasal spray is useful for a blocked ear while flying. I travel frequently and have vasomotor rhinitis. I get frequent nasal congestion.

I have been suffering from Acute Follicular Tonsillitis for last 20 days treated with Ceftum but still not completely cured. Doctor changed the antibiotics to ceprozil and now taking the course but in the mean time 4-5 days back I incidently find a lump a bit hard no pain though on my soft palate. I got freaked out. Doctor didn't specify about it. Image is attached.

Dear doctor I'm having something which is feeling like a pimple inside the ear ..It also paining a lot whenever touched...On examining closely nothing can be seen as such with torch ..it's from 1-2 weeks now but today I'm feeling like it has increased a bit in size and paining a lot today Could u please let me know what it could be ?

There is on and off swelling in parotid gland below ear on left side in front side of ear especially during winters. What is the solution and effect of the issue ?

I have a tinnitus since 1 month and after starting of tinnitus 6-7 days later i got severe hyperacusis so due to which i m having muffled hearing head heaviness Doctor checked my Hearing its normal now i m under medication but after coming from Doctor 3 days later i have crackling sound in my ears and also sometimes my  left ear gets full of air and i hear my own sound loudly.. i  also suffer from mild Tmj from many years..I m very confused so many symptoms together plz guide me should i go to doctor again bcz my 25 days medicine are still there so i should go after 15 days

Since almost 2-3 months have dry nose and very dry hard (sometimes stone like) nasal mucus which blocks breathing infrequently especially at night. Have to wet nostrils inside and clean it multiple times. Any solution for this would be highly appreciated. Had Blepharitis couple of months back for the right eye. Is it relevant not sure.

I m 32,female..i donot have any allergy..when i swallow mucus from nose while inhaleing i get stinky and foul smell in right nostril..i have buld like projection inside right nostril but not inside left nose..i have smell since 7 months..what is the cause and solution..thank u

I am experiencing continuous discharge from my left ear from last 3 years, i have consulted 2 to 3 doctor's and followed instruction given by them and taken all the medicines on time also used multiple ear drops, taken Amoxicillin huge number of time still it's not benefiting me. My ear  hardly dry for 4 to 5 days and then continue to discharge. Also right ear tympanoplasty surgery fails and eardrum again become perforated, what should i do??😢
