Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat and ear related issue often. It gets sore and also my skin isn't very clear. I do have acidity very regularly as well. My lips are always chapped even when i drink enough water.

Cough with phlegm since 5 days. No fever or body ache. Please advise heart safe medication. Best Regards

Hi, few weeks ago i had severe cold and while i was inhaling steam to clear it up i blew hard from my nose , which impacted my right ear as i felt like low pressure but it resolved immediately but my left ear after that kept wooshing noises and its only noticeable in empty room. I still have cold but it is really bothering me it was gone yesterday but i woke up today and it is back.

Hello, to reduce noise while sleeping, is it okay to place a small piece of cotton over the outer ear opening, or should I buy silicone earplugs? Which option is safer for daily use, and if earplug do you recommend any specific earplug brands? Thanks

My ENT doctor prescribed my Montek FX 180 once a day for my sinus as i keep getting allergy. I am breastfeeding and have 2 month old baby, I am worried if the medicine is safe for breastfeeding?

I was detected by sugar but I managed now it was 95 range but one month ago I was caught viral cough and cold and while cough pain my throat now after month I check my tsh is .03 and T3 1.75 and T 4 11.80. but I feel kich-2 in throat does this also due low TSH .so what do how to get rid of it.

Whenever I start eating my mouth pains i can't even eat two chapati  from last three days my throat pains too but now my jaw pains without eating. I have headache problems too.

Around 2 years ago, I sustained a direct blunt injury to the bridge of my nose when my younger brother accidentally hit me with his head. I experienced immediate severe pain at the nasal bridge, followed by a visible red mark and tenderness that persisted for approximately 2 months. Since the injury, a faint red mark has remained on the bridge of my nose along with a slight visible crack. The nasal structure does not feel the same as before the injury. In addition, I experience breathing difficulty, especially when lying down. The obstruction feels positional and was not present before the injury. There is no current pain, swelling, or frequent nosebleeds. I previously consulted an ENT specialist who advised that it could not be treated at that time. I am seeking a re-evaluation to determine whether there is a healed nasal fracture or internal structural issue contributing to my breathing difficulty, and to understand what treatment options may still be available.
