Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am feeling sounds in my left ear since the early morning as I woke up with it. I slept after using earphones in the night. This is the first time I am facing this issue

Reddish spot on one side of tongue from last 10 days. Initially it used to fell like burning while eating or drinking something hot. Now that sensation has gone but spot is still there.

Sore on one side of tongue from last 10 days, burning sensation has gone while eating or drinking something hot. Also, sore has whitist/greyish spots on it.

My mom who is 57 yrs She had normally 6-7motions every day from many years ...showed manier Dr's they said some ppl pass manier times so it's ok .During covid she took manier medications without antacid which gave rise to severe acidity and dysepsia, sour beclhes and lot of flatulence and bloating .In the last 1 yearits become v severe and come to the backside of the throat and alot of frequent coughing while eating  sleeping..pain in the left side of the belly Also coming in vomiting Plz advise sir what to do as I'm v worried .had done chest xray which says normal . ..in history is hernia surgery is done in 2007 Attached is endoscopy report Is there something else that I need to test for  ..as I'm v worried

I keep getting sinus congestion with body pain in back and ear pain. Even after taking courses of antibiotics it keeps coming back and even i take l mont tabs. When i take l mont i feel well and after few days again same symptoms starts. What is wrong with me?

I was on treatment for oral fungal infection in which i was prescribed antifungal medicine along with deflazacort 6..i took deflazacort 6 twice a day for a week and then once a day for two weeks..i was uncomfortable with the medicine as i was having severe acid reflux so i stopped every medicine.. i want to know stopping deflazacort 6 in such a manner can cause any serious problem or not? I repeat i took it twice a day for a week and then once a day for two weeks and then stopped

It's been 13 days my nose was pierced through punching machine. First 8 days were very good with the studds. Bt after that I put neem stick. Along with tbact that I apply. Since then my nose became this. I put gold nosepin today. I want to get rid of this keloid..don't want to close the nose hole. Please suggest. Can the infection go if take medicine and ointment?
