Need to understand if the given medication is enough Tab bilastine montelukast once in night 10 days Tab mucinac (drop 1 tab in half a glass of water ) two times a day 5 days Duonase nasal spray 2times 2puffs on each nostril

Nose front side funsy eaching redness pain and block u cant express but i will tell you on call so u will understand

I have to go through submandibular gland excision. I have some quarries regarding this. How painful is that operation. Once I wake up from anesthesia how intense pain I shall feel. Is there any possibility to eliminate or minimize this pain.

There are two lumps under my jaw on both sides and one lump in centre as well . I first noticed it 2 yrs ago since then it is of same size and does not increase or decrease. My daughter is having bleeding from nose and tip of tounge .consulted two doctor both told it is due to nasal dryness ..I use the sprays still didt decrease.. since 1 month see is having bleeding every day.howlong it will take to decrease bleeding. She is 6 year old

For 2 years, I have been suffering on the right side nose pain and ear popping , temporal region pain , I have consulted with lots of ENT SPECIALIST, have done ct scan pns , nasal endoscopy, all of them told ear drums are ok , no hearing loss , only popping, all them reviewed ct scan found relatively normal , Last month i consulted a rhumetologist to consult about my sudden pain in both shoulder biceps and palm , he suggested to do ANCA P3 test , I want to know that I have no nasal congestion, no breathing issue , it can be due to ANCA associated diseases

Most Revered ENT surgeons here 🙏🏻 Does my father's age, 74 years, makes tympanoplasty a challenging/sensitive procedure in any which way? What adverse can happen if tympanoplasty gets failed due to any reason? Can sneezing with closed nose/mouth and exerting internal pressure to ears just once after tympanoplasty has an instant impact on tympanoplasty?
