Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I just returned from international travel and had dust exposure. My right tonsil is swollen from past 4-5 days. No fever or any white spots, no major pain but slight discomfort while swallowing. How can I reduce the swelling?

She had ear pain since last night now it becomes severe pain she couldn't able to talk and eat anything it spreads upto cheeks jaws etc her it is happening because they had cold last of last night so it's directly effect to her ear

History: This is a long-term daily occurrence, not a recent cold or flu.

I have Ear above scalp jumping since after my gall bladder operation which had in may 2025 in the same side I have neck pain also ,I can't sleep in left when I sleep in left the jumping start and continue upto 7,8 hours then stop again it comes after 5,6 days

From 5 days my ear is full and some discharge is coming out from my ear and some pressure like sound is in my ear and ear pain is also there accuuatly i have visited to the doctor s also but after 2 ,3 months I face the same problem

Hi sir, Im having blood from mucus while blowing nose. I have recovered from cold like 20 days ago. But I'm seeing visible blood like threads in mucus in the morning when I try to clear nose when I feel like there is mucus in nose. I'm not blowing nose that hard. I'm also having headache episodes here and now. Headache is not like pain but more like pressure and heaviness on head. Pls help. I've had cold many times this is the first time I'm experiencing this.

Small nodule like ulceration on the side gum near lower wisdom tooth extraction site.Its there since 1.5 months and it feels firm when touched by tongue.Its painful but sometimes it becomes less painful and sometimes suddenly after eating it becomes more painful.generally it does not bleed.I smoke and drink.I am worried it its something serious.kindly suggest.I am attaching picture.

I have been suffering from throat irritation for almost 2-3 weeks now and it usually involved regular clearing of throat which is quite irritating and also results in sleep disturbance .

I am hearing squeaking sound in left ear when I am moving my jaw  since 3 days.. And occasionally the my left jaw joint is giving a cracking sound about once a day ... I have no pain swelling and no problem otherwise only getting irritated due to the sound..Pls help

When someone is sitting with me they notice sound from my nose is caming when i breathe but i didnot hear and didnot have any problem while breathing or any other what is this plz guide me
