Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I want to do urine acr test but i m taking nasal corticosteroid spray for my allergic rhinitis daily 2 times a day so will it affect my result of report or should i stop the spray before test and if yes then how many days before i should stop??

Throat hurts after I eat sweets or cold foods. Since childhood my throat has always been sensitive. But in past few weeks, it's sensitivity has increased. After eating too sugary or cold foods it immediately starts hurting and difficult to swallow even water. Please suggest what could be the reason.

Hi, I am having pain on eyebrow bone since 1month now. I went to ENT and he prescribed me some medication for 7days and told i have polyps in my nose. And can only be cured through surgery that includes mild DNS as well. Wanted to know if, this can be cured without surgery? Or a surgery is must? As i have infection coming back even after surgery. Pain is severe until i take painkillers.

Hi. Since the COVID which emerged in 2020 my mom made us normalise hot water on regular basis and from past 3 years I've been drinking hot water and not even luke warm water and the issue is ever since that I am easily vulnerable in having throat issues and throat irritation, also I can drink cold beverages at time and have no issues but very frequently I catch cold and have cough even if I have a milkshake at night. When I drank lukewarm or cold water prior to I was 25 I barely got sick maybe once or twice a year but now even in summer I get sick. Can normalising drinking warm water or cold water fix the issue? It's very annoying to take care and still get sick

About 2 months ago I had a cold. The cold went away, but the tickling cough in my throat remained. Recently I consulted a doctor. The doctor prescribed Clavam 625 (1-1-1 for 5 days) and Ambroxol syrup 5 ml (1-1-1 for 5 days). After taking these medicines, the cough became somewhat lighter than before, but it still occurs sometimes—for example after eating or when cold air hits my throat. It is mainly a tickling or irritating feeling in the throat. Then I visited the doctor again. The doctor prescribed Levocetirizine 5 mg (one tablet at bedtime for 10 days). Along with that I am also taking Phensedyl DX cough syrup. However, the tickling cough is not going away. My chest X-ray (P/A view) is normal and there is no other problem—only this throat irritation and cough. Please suggest some medicine.
