Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Need Advice for Chronic Ear Pain & Sound Sensitivity I have been suffering from pain in both ears for the last 4 years along with severe sound sensitivity. Loud sounds such as music, TV, mobile speakers, and noisy environments trigger or worsen the pain. I also feel I have some hearing loss. I have consulted multiple ENT specialists, but no infection or clear cause has been found. The condition worsened after exposure to loud gym music. One thing I have noticed is that Neurobion Forte provides temporary relief, but the problem returns. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms or found a diagnosis/treatment? Any advice from ENT specialists, audiologists, or neurologists would be appreciated. Thank you.

Having a strain in throat while speaking and also has a sore throat. Started a week back and still facing the issue. Suggest what would be the cause and any remedies that could help or it is recommended to consult a doctor?

Hi I was used to swallow the pills multiple at same time but this issue is happening since around 6 months and now iam difficulty to swallow a single tablet why this happening and what are the ways to cure this problem ? and why this happening ? I don't have any medical issues and i regularly go to gym and living healthy life and when I eat food and drink liquids that goes very smooth doesn't cause any issue and when comes to pills iam getting irritated to it. Please help me out from this issue and I hope give any suggestions like how to treat from this and is there any technique to swallow the pills.

Two days back, I had a lump on my right side of neck below jawline like 2 inches down. It got shrunk after a day now it's just 0.2 to 0.4 mm now. And keeps shrinking, now it got hard but it's rubbery. Also from last night I have trouble in my neck like it has swollen although there's no change when I see it. In mirror wall looks fine. I feel it while swallowing. Pain isn't there much I feel like there's swelling. Not much though... Also I been a chain smoker from past 4-5 years. So i was worried. Dear respected sir/mam. It is normal or am i in trouble? Please kindly let me know. Thank you...

I have been experiencing a strange pain in my throat as a I gulp over the last week or so, at random times of the day. I don't have a cold or a sore throat. And the pain is not at the tonsils either. It is at the mid-throat area. As I gulp, the pain feels like as though there is a knot there. But when I look up and swallow/gulp, there is no pain. What could be the issue?

Hi Doctors , I don't have Pain while swallowing , no throat pain , but when I opened my mouth , I checked with a torch , and my back of the throat was having bumps ,like circular bumps and on the back of the throat on the top corners , there were circular mas growing on one side and one side was like the same , no pain while swallowing, I think there is mild redness bumps and on the top corner , big mass created on both the side connected to something, please, is it cancer , i am afraid

CT scan PNS Findings: Minimal mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral maxillary, right frontal and sphenoid sinuses. Mild mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral ethmoid and left sphenoid sinuses. The bilateral maxillary ostia, right frontal recess and sphenoethmoid recesses are blocked due to mucosal thickening. The left frontal recess is patent. Subcentimetre sized bony lesion (8 x 6 x 9 mm in CC x AP x TR) is seen arising from the floor of the left frontal sinus and projecting into the left frontal sinus. Imaging features favour a frontal sinus osteoma. The nasal septum is deviated towards the left side with a bony spur on the left. The left middle turbinate is not well visualised. Suspected opacified right concha bullosa. Hypertrophy of the right inferior turbinate. Pls advise
