Mujhe pichhle lagbhag 5 saal se baar-baar naak band hone ki problem hoti hai. Ye problem khaas taur par sardi, baarish aur AC mein badh jaati hai. Ek baar shuru hone par lagbhag 1 mahina rehti hai aur phir apne-aap theek ho jaati hai.
Abhi 1 mahine se dono naak bahut zyada band hain aur peela/हरा discharge bhi aa raha hai. Main lagbhag 1 mahine se Otrivin raat ko dono nostril mein 2-2 drops use kar raha hoon. Otrivin ke bina mujhe neend nahi aati aur ab Otrivin lene ke baad bhi naak nahi khul rahi. Pichhli raat naak band hone ki wajah se poori raat neend nahi aayi.
Saline rinse try kiya, lekin paani ek nostril se doosri nostril mein pass nahi ho raha. Main kabhi-kabhi naak mein ghee bhi dalta hoon.
