Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ive been feeling this unexplained discomfort and pressure in upper and lower jaw, side of jaws and under jaw and from past few months my brother is feeling the same bcoz we share food he is feeling pain and he told he feels pain on one side of jaw till chin and something hard in there but i cant see any lump and sometimes i feel very mild pin like pain under jaw and i feel itchiness too around corner of lips what could be cause of it

I have allergic rhinitis since last 12 years. It doesn't happen throughout the year. This year it started from last month and have to take montek lc everyday 2-3 days. I suffer from nasal itching, eye itching and sneezing. Can I avoid montek lc and take steroid nasal spray to control the symptom? If yes suggest any steroid nasal spray name? Also, can montek lc be used for long term?

These are the images of my inner cheek.I suspect if my buccal mucosa area is healthy or not.because there are some patches red or white and rough areas i feel with my tongue.Also at the base of my last teeth, there feels an ulceration type which feels rough.Can you please analyse.I am 35.I smoke and drink.I am worried if it can be something serious

I attach usg report... I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 month but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful.. Weight gain is good.. No indigestion at all

Baby 3 year old I have attached report mention " rare gram positive cocci" in throat No fever no pain baby playing well Is antibiotic needed or not Any other medicine required pls suggest??

Coughing hard, unable to sleep. Recently shifted, there was a lot of dust and i smoke and drank a lot of cold water too. Initially there was chest congestion, thick sticky mucus in chest and dry cough. Now, few days later suddenly tonight i have severe cough. Earlier it wasnt so severe. Im coughing to so much dry itchy that i cant sleep.

My 3 years old baby have swollen in right side ear for past 3 days.Why this swollen happen? Paediatric doctor will solve this
