Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have headache , pain in jaw, chest tightness nd heaviness in stomach . The heaviness extends to eyes as well

I am observing from the past week as I lay down my nose gets blocked I am not able to sleep at night because of this

Doctor Told me to take biopsy and done surgery but as awake throughout flexible Laryngoscope with local anesthesia... Where can it be done?? can it be possible done?? due to cardiopulmonary issue and 4.7k IGE It can't be done under General anesthesia.. kindly guide

What should i do now ? what medication should i take ? how to prevent ? i have pain after in ear and unable to listen some instrumental sound with right ear

Is Septoplasty and sinus drain required for this condition because I don't have blocked nose always but frequently. I also feel ear block popping sound and right sided head and eye socket pain also having frequent cold whenever I have cold drink/water. Tried fluticose spray ans mon deslor tab no improvements.

I want to the simplest and most affordable method to undergo a lingual frenotomy. I have a frenum underneath my tongue. It doesnt affect me at all but yeah I can feel the tongue is somehow tied.

My helix piercing bump healed and The hardness due to neem stick also got a bit soft but 2-3 days my helix was paining so I kept using tbact and today when I pulled my neem stick pus whitish came out and then I cleaned with my saline water and reinstered the neem stick again started ciplofloxacin 500. The ear is healing but now only pain is there. May the doctor(s) be pleased to suggest me a pain relief medicine. Thank you so much

Last week had viral- took medicine from family Dr. Then cough, nose block stayed. Last 3 days i saw mucous with blood in left nose. First it was comes from nose as well as dripping from nostril to throat. Went ENT he did examine and suction to take out stuff from nose. Now no mucous coming from nose. Both nose open. But mucous with mixed blood coming from nostril to throat . After sleep its more later less. I am taking meds as per prescription any more suggestions? When mucous with blood will stop? I feel weakness. I want to travel back to Netherlands next week. Guide any more things to do or I can travel ?
