Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My son's voice has changed from over 1 month and he has continuous throat pain and occasional stomach pain . He has been on 2 course of antibiotics and no fever currently. Constant throat pain and weight loss what could be the reason

My throat pain is getting worsen by hour and I m not be able to swallow anything and the pain is getting worsen can I get the emergency treatment as of now

I've been experiencing nosebleeds, and I'm not able to understand what could be causing them. Sometimes, I get a headache first, and then my nose starts bleeding. The strange thing is that it doesn't happen regularly-it can happen on any random day. Sometimes, I even get a nosebleed without having a headache.

I had cold a week cough and then developed cough since 3-4 days I'm facing issues with my right ear. It started suddenly one day I woke up and I could hear whooshing like something I moving in circles in my right ear. About a week ago, my ear felt blocked and painful, so I went to the hospital. A general MBBS doctor examined me and said there was yellow pus inside my ear. They prescribed tablets and ear drops for 3 days, but it hasn’t improved. 1. Cefpodoxime – antibiotic, 1-0-1 2. Pan-D – gastric protection, 1-0-1 3. Zerodol-SP – pain/swelling-ku, 1-0-1 4. Multivitamin – 0-1-0 5. Ear wax drops – 1

So initially I was diagnosed with URTI which got sorted and then I developed rhinitis which I'm taking medicines for. But even after the 5th day of medication ending one problem persisted is nasal congestion which is making it difficult for me to sleep even when I'm super sleepy and tired. I took steam and saline spray but those effects have been temporary. The moment I sit or lie down it blocks atleast one nose, if not both. I asked doctor he asked me to continue meds for 3 more days and when I specifically asked he said alternative to drops is steam. But this way I am unable to sleep. What to do?
