Boil in neck earlier it was small now it has become little big and slightly painful and warm what to do next

Ear is being painful deeper all time while i grind or eat something eventhough , its been approx 3 days suffering from pain.

I have a small lump on the right side of my neck (cervical area) for about 6 months. It started around 1 cm and now feels about 1.5 cm. It is painless, slightly firm, and movable under the skin. I haven’t had any symptoms like fever, weight loss, or night sweats. I do have ongoing scalp issues—lice infestation and scalp psoriasis. I wanted to get this checked and see if it needs evaluation like an ultrasound.

Having ear pain in both ears inside not in the lobes or outer surface. Perhaps due to  reasons : Using earphones , headphones daily for long hours at high volumes Ear Wax Its like I am able to yawn , and do everything without pain Not able to listen at high volumes now , my ears have become sensitive. My cold has been persisting for the last eight days. I have a runny nose, nasal blockage, cough, and frequent coughing. I also have a mild headache at the back of my head.
