Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last two weeks I am facing issue on the left side of my throat and it feels as if there is a thorn on the left side. Today I checked with pharmacist, he saw my mouth and said there is an infection. Could you please guide why it's happening. He gave me flagyl er, vitamin and unienzyme Attaching video of my mouth for reference

My son took Accutane (isotretinoin) (20 mg) for about 2 weeks. Shortly after starting it, he developed significant dryness and discomfort. He stopped the medicine about 35 days ago, but symptoms are still present and fluctuate in severity.                                                               Eyes: He has dry  and sometimes painful eyes. Eye drops provide temporary relief. He feels the left upper eyelid is producing little/no oil or no tears and feel pain in the eye, doubts about MGD. His eye examination showed 6/6 vision, normal fundus and normal eye pressure, with dryness diagnosed.                                        Internal body dryness: He has persistent dry mouth and throat with very less saliva in mouth , sticky/dry lips and dry nose, with a feeling of dehydration even after drinking ample water. Sometimes he wakes during sleep because of dryness. He experiences heavy breathing and internal dryness problems. Guide us about any specific dryness test for eyes and body.

Having cold from last 2 dayss, doctor adviceme to have bactofix cv, monitulkusto Lc and sumo. After having this, Iam feeling liking lot of antiobitoic i have eatan now my tastebudds are bitter. Even fever is ok, last 2 days iam not getting feverbut weelness and sneezing and  running nose.. PlEase guide my

First detected in2021 Repeated tonsils with white spots on it Once a year mostly in September So painful doctor advised to get them removed I still feel should not. Right now also suffering from it.

I have fever, cough, runny nose, pain in throat and just above the chest while coughing, headache. My fever yesterday night was 102.8 F I took paracetamol and fever got lowered for few hours but after a few hours fever is still the same I went to a doctor and doctor gave me these 2 antibiotics - labmox 200 and zifi 250  (please review the prescription if it visible ). I am specticle about taking 2 antibiotics Please suggest what to do? Should I take any one? Past history - iron difficeincy without anemia
