Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, I want advice regarding a thyroid test report of a 45-year-old male (Binay Kumar Singh). Thyroid Profile Results: • T3: 1.26 ng/mL (Normal range: 0.97 – 1.69) • T4: 7.34 µg/dL (Normal range: 5.53 – 11) • TSH: 7.361 µIU/mL (Normal range: 0.4 – 4.049) T3 and T4 are normal but TSH is high. My questions: 1. Does this indicate subclinical hypothyroidism? 2. Is medicine like Thyroxine required at this stage? 3. Should we repeat the test after some weeks or do any other test (like Anti-TPO)? 4. What diet or precautions should be followed to control TSH? I am attaching the report overview for reference. I’ve been dealing with Post-nasal drip for the past 1–2 months. I consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed antibiotics along with medications like Montair FX, Pulmoclear, and Solspre Nasal Spray. While the cough improved initially, the post-nasal drip never fully resolved. Over time, the symptoms worsened again and the cough returned. My chest X-ray and PFT (pulmonary function test) results are normal. I also have a deviated septum, which might be contributing to the issue.

My 7 month old had ear discharge and our ENT had mentioned that nasal congestion could be the cause. He has prescribed Timinic syrup (1/4 spoon, morning and evening). Can I give it to my son? I saw its not recommended until 4 years of age.. pls do give suggestions

Hii I am Non smoker i have cough problem sometimes white mucus or transparent from 7 weeks & its not going. Only in day no disturb Night. morning after breakfast 2 to 3 time small amount in yellow color thick. First i consulted General physician they given me Opox Cv 5 day, Bandy plus 12 & Montairfx for 20 Days. CRP - negative, igE 682, 2 Chest X Ray Normal, 2 PFT normal pre & post, then again dr give antibiotics for 5 days 6mg steroid tablet & montair fx for 5 days then cough frequency been low but its not going & then i visited a pulomonologist they seen report & told its Cough Variant Asthama they given KLM - fx 180 for 20 days & Seretide accuhaler 250 for 3 month 2 - 0 - 2 puff . Its been 10 day by using this but cough is not getting settled & i was feeling mucus was salty & got small bump & redness on back wall of throat then i gone at ENT they told its PND . Now i am Confused its PND or Cough variant asthama. ENT also gave me antibiotic ‚hetrazen , nose drops,gargle,montekLC

A 5×4mm nodule finds In left part of thyriod...after FNA it falls under bethesda 3 nodule..it mentioned that cell is round to oval shape with hyperchromatic nuclei, scanty cytoplasm arranged in small cluster and scattered singly against back ground of hamerroge..I attached the photo of report..plz explain
