Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi all suffering from Constant itchiness in throat, dry cough due to it  no bulgum, itchiness increases after I eat oily greasy food pizza or any outside unhealthy also I get itchiness  accompanied by dry cough  if someone is frying something. Can't sleep at night due to Constant irritation/ itching  in throat Wanted to know what I am facing is this allergy or something else ?

Upon waking up repeated sneezing with clear watery nasal discharge and with evening it gets better . Please suggest something. Permanent cure?

I attached the photo of my prescription dr checked me for my mouth ulcers in tonsils and she told me to take all this medicines and she told me on of this medicine omnacortil is steroid..but i dont want to take any steroids injections or medicines because within 6 months or 1 year we are planning for babby..so any home remedies and how much time it wil take to heal this patches bcoz eat hurts when i eat so plz suggest me home remedies and what to eat or what not plz reply asap..coz m stressed she told its throat infection..

Have a very soar throat. This is causing fever and little back ache. Feeling weak. Took one Dolo tablet. Felt better for few hours. But now feeling feverish again.

Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from Ménière's disease for the past 6 months. I have consulted several senior ENT specialists, but unfortunately, I have not experienced significant improvement. I continue to have episodes of severe spinning (vertigo) along with vomiting. Sometimes the attacks are triggered by salty foods, but at other times they also occur after eating foods such as halwa, fruits, or sprouts, making it difficult to identify the exact trigger. These recurrent episodes are affecting my daily routine and quality of life, and I am finding it very difficult to manage. Could you please suggest the best treatment options or any further evaluation that you would recommend for Ménière's disease? Thank you.
