Some condition can be diagnosed with CBC. ANY throat condition evaluation is needed. Throat Ct scan will be better to diagnose. Laryngoscopy test can be taken

It depends on the kind of cancer and the stage at which the cancer is. Some types of blood cancers called lymphomas can present as tonsillar swellings. If you have multiple swellings on your body like in the underarms, inner side of the thighs, neck, that maybe a sign of cancer. Every swelling in the tonsil is not necessarily a cancer. It may just be tonsillitis.
