Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi Doctor, I am Deepika, 23 old female suffering from severe cold from past one month. I sneeze at least 20 times when i get up early in the morning everyday. I'm not able to focus on daily activities due to this.

Last week, I started experiencing a mild buzzing sound in my left ear, and I’m really worried about it. Around 40 days ago, I underwent vascular aortic surgery. Until now, everything had been going well. I was experiencing jaw pain on both sides after the surgery, but that was gradually improving. I’m not sure what caused this tinnitus to start, and I’m concerned about whether it is treatable or if it could be related to my recent surgery.

Hello Doctor, For the last 2 days, I have had mild pain and discomfort on the left side under my jaw/neck. I can feel a small pea-sized tender spot there. I also have mild tightness when swallowing and mild left ear pain. My wisdom tooth was rubbing against my cheek and caused cheek swelling, which is now mostly better. The neck/jaw pain is also less than it was on the first day but is still present. Could you please advise if this could be related to the wisdom tooth or what could it be?

I was a gutka chewer since 4-5 years and quit recently and chewing nicotex 2mg 4-5 per day .. i got myself checked by a dentist who said i have no lesions or white patch .. also went to an ent who checked my mouth and throat without endoscope with the headlight and an instrumnt to depress my tongue .. he too said all is own just to do steam inhalation .. now i m anxious about throat or pharyngeal cancer ... as i feel like something the base of my tongue ... do i need to go for endoscopy ... is throat , pharyngeal and laryngeal cancer caused by gutka ...

Neck pain and pressure on the back side of the skull and also  the right side of the skull I feel something happening. And now from 2 days my right ear is blocked.. continue buzzing sound came from my right ear...what should I do

Pls Doctor Check , is there any unusual growings in my throat is it serious , pls check and recommend

Clinical profile: Complaints of nasal blockage on and off since 2 years. Known case of asthma on medication. Procedure: CT scan PNS was performed. Findings: Minimal mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral maxillary, right frontal and sphenoid sinuses. Mild mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral ethmoid and left sphenoid sinuses. The bilateral maxillary ostia, right frontal recess and sphenoethmoid recesses are blocked due to mucosal thickening. The left frontal recess is patent. Subcentimetre sized bony lesion (8 x 6 x 9 mm in CC x AP x TR) is seen arising from the floor of the left frontal sinus and projecting into the left frontal sinus. Imaging features favour a frontal sinus osteoma. The nasal septum is deviated towards the left side with a bony spur on the left. The left middle turbinate is not well visualised. Suspected opacified right concha bullosa. Pls advise Hypertrophy of the right inferior turbinate.

Due to excessive smoking i guess my right ear got blocked 3 tears ago and it has opened fully yet..it gets open partially but never fully and gets closed after some time

White red color hard ulcer which I tried to drain... It got flat but after some time it came back... No pain no bleeding only I can feel it with tongue...please find the attached pics for your reference... I smoke 1 to 2 cigarettes in one day from the last 4 months previously I used to smoke 2 cigarettes per week...
