Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Since 1 month  daily 2-3 times in a day i hear my own voice loudly in my left ear while talking and after lying down it resolves or becomes less and also sometimes i am  hearing my own voice like a mild whispering in my left ear while talking..the same things which i am talking i can hear it like a mild whispering so plz tell me what is this actually ? i am really confused and also tell me  how to treat it? is there any treatment for this

In 2024, I noticed small lumps on my palatopharyngeal arch along with mouth itching and consulted an ENT doctor. He said my throat was inflamed and prescribed Sporlac powder to use whenever the lumps appeared. Over the past year, I have again noticed lumps on one side of the pharyngeal arch. For the past three months, I have had severe throat burning but no pain. I also see multiple small white dots on my soft palate. Regarding my lifestyle, I consumed alcohol for two years but have now quit. I previously smoked two packs of cigarettes per day and am currently trying to quit. I have a history of eating spicy and oily foods for about four years and often ate late at night before sleeping immediately. I am experiencing significant health anxiety and frequently worry about serious conditions like cancer. I would like guidance on managing my symptoms and reducing my anxiety. Tell me whether I need to take any tests?

My daughter has been suffering from frequent cough and cold...dry cough throughout the night...we consulted a pediatrician he prescribed monticope for 2 months... After that when I stopped the medicine her symptoms became worse..we changed the doc and we got to know that she is having allergic rhinitis and adenoids...her eosinophils count 9 percent. Doctor gave her metaspray twice a day for 1 month...and he told me to stop monticope after 2 weeks...now that two weeks have crossed, the night when I didn't give Monticope..her cough became worse... So I consulted the doctor telephonically and he told me to continue monticope for another 2 months... Is there any side effects of monticope in long run .. And her allergic symptoms are better with metaspray and monticope...but the problem reoccurs immediately when I just stopped the monticope for just a night...when will get better...

My mother had cataract surgery from a govt hospital in West Bengal about 10 days ago. She is still unable to see in her left eye. Kindly advise what is the minimum time required for clear vision. She is taking medicines n eye drops as advised by doctor. Thank you.

Hello Doctor. I have facing issue of redness and dryness on my back throat. I have this problem from last 15 days. Mere gale me backside kafi redness dikh rahi hai aur gala always dry sa feel hota hai, I also feel little pain. Local chemist se medicine li thi jisme firstly Amoxicillin 500+Betamethasone+Pain reliever (4 Days)thi, aaram nahi milne par unhone Augmentin 625+ same (2 Days)di. After that cefpodoxime proxetil 200+Ibuprofen+Trucuf(for 2 days). Par is se bhi aaram nahi mil raha, Betadine gargles bhi kare bt no relief.  Pls suggest me the correct way what should I do, And pls suggest me any medicine, which will effective in this.

Right side muscle pain , slight knee pain while climbing stairs and kind of cramp or strike of pain while walking in little fingers of right leg. This started from the past 30 days. Pls guide me to overcome my hypothyroidism.

Hi Dr Sir/ Ma'am I have accidentally hit my forehead hard  walking into a glass door. I was shaken at that time. Now 80 hours have passed and I don't have any red flag symptoms like vomiting, fluid drainage, loss of consciousness etc. But having on and off moderate headache. Now since 80 hours has passed can I be sure that nothing serious is there or I need to attend doctors ? Why this moderate headache. Also after 80 hours ct  scan or MRI which is better. Kindly help. After gall bladder operation after 4 days when I sleep in my left I feel ear above scalp palpitations and neck pain since then both the two problems r not resolving I had done Cervical Spine xray and cervical spine ct also but even also I have neck pain and ear behind and above ear palpitations it comes after 5,6 days and continue upto 7 8 hours I had done brain ct in 2023 August which is completely normal that time and this symptoms start from operation pl help

Swollen tonsils jaw and gum pain and headache . Taking ctd t am 12.5/40/5 for high blood pressure. Doctor prescribed me ciplar plus 5 . Making me dizzy

I got my labs taken for the fitness and my wbc is 13770. Rest are all normal. What does that indicate???
