Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello my dad has been diagnosed with stone in his submandibular gland near mouth. Doctor is suggesting for gland removal. Can it be removed by endoscopy? There is no pain but sometimes it swells and then it becomes normal again

From last 2 years ,I am feeling ear popping and right nose pain , generally when contact in cold , it cause very severe pain in nose , ear fullness , pain behind ears , have consulted several ent , all of them diagnosed no abnormality in ear , ct scan pns two times , doc told ct scan relatively normal , I observed from last 2 month when ear popping and facial pain start my shoulder and biceps also hurts , I consulted with a rheumatologist he advised to test ANCA , the test is normal , but steriod gives me relief it want to know it can be due to ANCA

I have a swollen lymph node on my left neck just above collarbone. Its mostly painless, little pain sensation when touched or pressed with fingers. its been there for more than a month. Its neither growing not going back to normal.

I have vertigo from childhood it may comes rarely in childhood But bow iam a software engineer with 1+ year experience.Right now i have vertigo throughout the day. I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. It's disturbing, i feel lack of focus in studies with this. Is this ear issue or neurological or bone? Whom should I meet ENT? or orthopaedic or neuro surgeon?

I had a mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty 4.5 months ago and a patch placed about 2.5 months ago. My doctor reviewed me last week and confirmed that everything has healed completely. I mentioned that I occasionally hear a brief “sssh” air leak sound sensation in the operated ear when I yawn or burp. And that sound is coming only during yawning or burping. Other than that no such sound. My doctor said this sensation is completely normal and healthy. Is that actually normal? If it is a normal and healthy sensation, why don’t I experience anything similar in my non-operated ear?

White stones like substances in throat with redness in throat feeling drowsy and low energy body temperature feeling like fever but no fever
