Since few day my brother is unable to eat and cannot swallow anything, ent dr did this test, after looking at  this usg, doctor suggest cect of neck, please i need a help is the report anything serious, at present dr gave tab signoflam, tab pyregsic, and lidocam chewable and told him to stop smoking immediately to get cure. And told to do cect after this report proper medication will be given. Kindly check the report sir and say the condition of it

Dear Sir, I am prescribed apriprazole for psychosis, I have problem in my ear. After talking to psychiatrist they prescribed vertin. After taking vertin I am fine but when I miss dosage i start having dizziness. My psychiatrist has asked me to consult an ENT. I humble request you to take my case and assess whether vertin injection can be administered.

Hello doctor in my one nose I feel my breathing is getting block and in the other knows I feel like clear air is coming in an out but when I am looking at with a torch I am saying some kind of pink colour tissue as you can see in the photo and in the other knows it is not possible it is extra mass that is growing in my nose please reply I am very afraid please doctors tell me treatment or is it normal

I have severe pain under my left ear downwards to my neck and I feel difficult in swallowing and there is slight inflammation there but no redness and nothing just i have severe pain there what could be the reason doc is it something serious or it will be ok by itself within few days, by the it is since last 3-4 days , is there any home remedy which I can do to reduce this because I live in hostel and it's my exam time I can't even go for checkup.

My 5-month-old daughter is bathed daily. After every bath, my mother-in-law blows really hard into each ear to remove any water that might have entered. My baby has no pain, discharge, fever, or noticeable hearing problems, but could this practice have caused any damage to her ears so far? I am worried. I came to know blowing air into baby's ear is not safe

My mother is 50 years old. She has been experiencing a burning sensation from her throat down to her chest for the past 4+ months. She also has persistent throat pain and feels as if something is stuck in her throat. She had similar symptoms about two years ago, which resolved on their own, but they have now returned. I’ve had mild throat discomfort since around June 4. The pain is about 2/10, occurs randomly around 7–8 times a day, lasts only 1–3 seconds, and is not consistent. After visiting a general physician and taking the prescribed medication, the stinging pain resolved. However, I now occasionally experience random episodes of dry throat. I’m also currently getting a wisdom tooth on the same side. I’ve attached a photo of my throat for reference (my tonsils have been visibly enlarged since childhood). I’m also very anxious because I gave oral sex to my boyfriend in 2023 and 2024. Last year, he developed an HPV wart on his palm, which was diagnosed by a doctor. He has never had any genital warts. I’m worried whether my current throat symptoms could be related to HPV and would like to know if any evaluation or tests are necessary.

Feeling like something is being struck in my throat. Earlier used to swallow properly but now every time I swallow feeling something is being struck and hard to swallow as sensing a lump. But no issues in endoscopy report. Still feeling traumatized.
