As per doctor taken  Amoxicillin for 7 days with levocetricize, still throat pain and infection is not going after 10 days... Body ache and throat pain, can't eat properly..

So my dad has done endoscopy. His left side of head hurts. Hello doctor, I’ve had a persistent cough for about 3 months now. I’ve done a chest X-ray and sputum test, and both came back normal. My symptoms include: - Chest pain when I cough  - White mucus  - Throat pain (recent)  - Strange ear discomfort (feels like scratching or pressure before coughing) The medications I was given (Cefadroxil and cough syrup) haven’t solved it. Please could this be postnasal drip, asthma, or something else? What tests or treatment would you recommend?

I have been facing this problem for the past 1 year, primarily I anticipated it to be because of the edgy tooth at the back but even after removing it nothing changed for more than a month.
