Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dears sir/Mam, For the past 12 months, I have been experiencing thyroid-related issues. Initially, I consulted an ENT doctor, who advised me to undergo several tests, including FNAC, TSH, T3, and T4. The reports did not show any major problems, although the ultrasound report mentioned a goiter. The doctor prescribed levothyroxine tablets, which I have been taking for the past nine months. My thyroid levels became normal, but the swelling on one side of my neck did not decrease. I then consulted an endocrinologist. He repeated the blood tests, FNAC, T3, T4, and other hormone tests. After reviewing the results, he said that all the test results were normal. However, the swelling still did not decrease. Finally, he recommended surgery. I would like to know what I should do next.  Pls help

Having this group of flesh on both sides of tongue from 2 months.Is anything serious!Suggest any medication

I m suffering from allergic rhinitis since many years but recently since 3-4 days i m facing a very weird problem. In allergic rhinitis i got runny nose sneezing sore throat etc but since 3-4 days if my nose is dry still i m feeling like its wet and when i try to wipe it its completely dry but for me its feeling like there is something wet or like thin watery mucus is coming so its very annoying bcz i cant clean my nose 24 hrs if its not wet bt it giving me sensation its very i m very stressed now how do i cure it permanently its very difficult to manage in public places suppose its actually wet and mucus is coming then i ignore it thinking its just my false sensation then what it will be very annoying plz guide me to get out of this

Having pain in below jawline both the side and difficulty in swallowing saliva . Pain is going till back of ears Pain in throat and cough with yellow mucus. No runny nose but mucus is coming from the nose while sneezing

I noticed two smooth white patches that are present symmetrically on both sides of my tonsillar area. They first appeared about 8-9 days ago, and a few days later | developed a sore throat, which has since improved. The patches are soft, not painful, and cannot be scraped off. My ENT diagnosed two tiny tonsilloliths (tonsil stones), but I am confused because tonsilloliths are usually tiny stones, whereas what I can see looks more like smooth white patches. I would like to understand whether these patches could be something other than tonsilloliths. I saw it on google that it can be a cancerous condition. I went to ENT but still concerned. I dont drink, smoke or chew tobacco.

I am observing snoring a lot. I checked a ENT doctor a year back, he found out that, I have a deviated sectum which is one of the reasons for snoring.it may need a surgery.. however, he told that overweight could be other reason. I am about to get married and really worried with this and concerned about my partner's well being. Please help

A cold  that developed 3 months back had blocked the right ear. cold was treated  but ear is yet to open, it is still blocked. Had a throat infection which was treated with antibiotics. Got ear pain2  months back and tool 5 day antibiotic course. Felt better but today again having ear pain..

I have vertigo from childhood it may comes rarely in childhood But bow iam a software engineer with 1+ year experience.Right now i have vertigo throughout the day. I approach ENT he done some tests and give some medication but not work after that i will went to neuro surgen he also done some tests and give some medicines but no improvement.i may occur from past 3 months.what can i do please tell me

Having this group of flesh on both sides of tongue from 2 months along with throat pain and dizziness. Recently visited ENT they told it is papillae inflammation.Is anything serious!

This thing happened in vocal cord few days back...few months back it was Little... now this...also every 2months prior 105 degree F fever!! Haven’t ruled out anything yet...kindly guide
