Having this group of flesh on both sides of tongue from 2 months along with throat pain and dizziness. Recently visited ENT they told it is papillae inflammation.Is anything serious!

They are the papillae responsible for taste in your tongue Nothing suspicious and worrisome. For the throat pain , we need to determine whether it's due to infection or reflux or any other issue
