My mother (46 years old) is suffering from severe throat pain and continuous coughing. Along with the cough, a large amount of phlegm is also coming out. I have been experiencing chronic ear pain and sound sensitivity for around 4 years. Loud sounds such as music, TV, mobile phone speakers, gym speakers, and other high-volume environments trigger significant ear pain and discomfort. Even normal phone speaker sound can cause pain and irritation. Recently, after going to the gym for 2–3 days, loud music there worsened my symptoms, and now I feel a strong burning sensation inside my ears along with increased pain and sensitivity. The pain feels like irritation and burning inside the ears, especially after exposure to loud sounds. This problem affects my daily life because I have to avoid speakers, loud environments, and sudden noise. I want proper evaluation and treatment for this condition, as it has been persistent for a long time and seems to be getting worse after sound exposure.

My mri report result shows that Early cervical spondylosis (wear-and-tear changes in neck bones) Mild disc bulge at C5/C6 and C6/C7 Mild pressure on the thecal sac (covering around spinal cord) so what I do now

I have dry fish like odor inside nose. I can feel it only when I do nasal rinse and move my head with solution inside and when it is coming out. I have thick sticky mucus and post nasal drip for which I consulted multiple ENTs but they said everything is fine checked both ct scan and endoscope. But when I did nasal rinse with salt+baking soda+xylitol old green thick  mucus came out. Now only colorless or white mucus but odor is there. This odor is causing halitosis as well. Is it biofilm do I need antibiotics? I have no other health issues only vit d is low (20.6 ng/mL).

Hello Dr.                                                                                        I have OSMF. My mouth opening is 40 mm and I don't have any problem even with spicy food, but I have white blanching on both buccal mucosa. I have taken antioxidants for 3 months as prescribed by the doctor. Should I continue the treatment further?

Doctor, I am getting right ear pain very frequently. It's been more than a month. I consulted three ENT doctors. They did audiometry test, PTA test. Doctors suggested various medicines such as Nezoflo D nasal spray, T. Montair Fx, painkillers etc. The pain and discomfort is coming back again and again. I have to go to office and it has AC. Daily close to 8 hours I stay in office. I dont know how to get rid of this pain. Not sure what next to do. Right ear feel like its blocked like how we feel after reaching some altitude. I am not able to understand what can help this pain to resolve once and for all. Please help.

At first felt imbalance and unsteadiness while movement/ walking/ turning the head, Dr did Semont Maneuver after checking the reports but it's been a week after the Maneuver done, still feeling Imbalance sometimes. Dr also suggested some vertigo management exercises but I worried if the maneuver was even successful. So need some opinions...
