Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have crackling popping ears since 2 months and mild hearing loss i cant hear words clearly sometimes and also in low volume i cant here i told my ent they gave me anti histamine and nasal steroid spray but it is not helping do u have any other suggestion plz and what are the nasal rinse? how to use that can u plz give me more medicine my tympanometry shows A graph in left ear and b graph in right ear

Hi doctor My son 13yrs old, got injured during playing where he had direct hit the elbow of his friend which catching the ball. I have persistent bad breath and the mucus in my sinuses are not draining and causing the bad breath. I can smell the bad smell myself from inside my own nose when I breathe. I don't have breathing issues though. I've already tried Fluticasone, azelastine and allergy medications, all with no help. Is FESS the only option now? It's affecting my quality of life.

I am sneezing with even the smallest of the smell. With any weather change. What are some of the things i can follow. Precautions?

I have concha bullosa in my left nostril as per CT Scan image attached due to which I face difficulty in expelling mucus everyday which feels very inconvenient and embarrassing and causing breathing difficulty until the mucus clears. I want to know whether crushing of Concha Bullosa will be an effective procedure for me as it is less invasive than other options like resection of bulla / turbinectomy? I have fear of Synechia formation in invasive procedures. Can concha bullosa recur if crushing method is used? Do I need surgery or is there any medicine which can cure concha bullosa permanently?

Please suggest something...the pain and spot isnot reducing from 22 days...pain in soft palate..nothing worked antibiotics anti histamine, steroid gel ,betadine ..becomplex..probiotic...please suggest something...it's not reducing... visited ent he gave me antibiotics and oral gel...but it didn't work...i also have one side ear pain with this...how to recover please tell me

I've had symptoms starting about 3 days ago: low-grade fever (maximum did not exceed 101°F, lasted 3 days, well-controlled with Dolo), mild sore throat (started after drinking beer, worse in the mornings and improves during the day), mucus mainly felt in the throat with only minimal and somewhat dried mucus in the nose, mild fatigue/ low energy, and some back pain.

So I have been having this issue since I think COVID, constant phelgm comes from my mouth and nose, it is clear white, normal phelgm, I have tried Montelukast, but it didn't work. Almost, one entire tissue box of 100 tissues gets over in a day. Can anyone tell me what I am suffering from?

My nose is getting blocked at night while I am sleeping. What could be the reason. And how to get rid of it.
