Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, I have done my Septoplasty + FESS 14 days back my right side nostril is completely clear but left side is still blocked. Also I spitting out dark blood till today is it normal? I can also see a turbinate like thing which is inside my left nostril is it swollen or blocking the nasal passage should we need to remove/reduce it again?

Hi Doctor, My snoring increased during pregnancy and now one month postpartum it has reduced a bit but still is loud. There is no nasal blockage but something in throat that makes the sound. Is there a solution to this. Thanks Geetika

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I am having cold and cough from 2 days. One nostril is blocked. What shall I do as I cannot take any medicines.

Feeling heavy pressure like glued ear and tinitus in left ear from last 6 months due to cold Did audiometry n typnogram test which shows mixed hearing loss in left ear Took steam for 20 days with karvol plus, 10-10 days each 10*10 *5days below med eebas 20 ,cfx cv , Ruthbro , deca 6 twice a day Azibro LMT once a day Combinase FT nasal spray twice a day 5 days otocap vt n levocitrizine once a day After 20 days when I am doing too much forceful valsalva maneuvr it is shifting the pressure from top of ear to bottom but heaviness is there n I get a temporary relief from tinitus that time Also when I yawn I see some relief for a second only Too much distress n tensed with heavy meds not able to continue them Please somebody guide me what to do next as this tinitus n heaviness is killing me

Left Ear feeling heavy, tinitus n fullness from Feb 2026. Doctor prescribed 10 days twice a day- eebas 20, deca 6 , RUTHBRO, AZIBRO LMT and combinase FT spray twice a day. Along with steam karvol plus once a day . Felt 60% better but again after swimming again ear felt full n heavy. So again same course was repeated for 15 days along with 5 days of Otocap VT n Levocitrizine. Now when I do very forceful vasalva menuvr I feel a little temporary relief from upper side of ear but down side is still feel stuck. Audiometry n typnogram shoes mixed hearing loss

I am suffering from Silent Reflux (LPR) however the endoscopy report is fine as per doctor, having this issue from past 2 years. My ENT doctor told me throat mucus cannot block my ears. Pls advise whether both ear blocked possible due to throat mucus.

I have sinus issues, Can i use double distilled water or any distilled water for machine or battery use for nasal irrigation I have saline mix packets to mix with the water as well I am asking as distilled or sterile water is not available at medical shops near my place

Nose bleeding since 3 days duration of one episode is at least 25 mins and twice a day got lab test done INR is 1.7 anything serious

I have mouth ulcer for 3 years now , it started with one or two and now it has reached to 40-50 ulcer at once all over my mouth eg on tongue, cheeks lips.. I have consulted ent and dentist, they provide medicine and it heals , but comes back again.. kindly provide a solution for recurring , no one has been able to stop the recurrence.. Provide a specialist who can stop mouth ulcer recurrence..Kindly guide

My head feels very heavy when I get up in the morning and it affects my daily activities and my right side of the nose is always blocked ...I have frontal head pain kind of like stress pain
