Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

From last 20days I am having this ...took 2 course of antibiotics...used tess oinment..betadine... nothing works... firsty there was difficulty for eating ...I have ear pain on left side for this...and it's left side...so I used to drink with right side...now I can eat...but this is not reducing...the soreness and red patch ..and it's hard and swollen...m a vocalist...unable to sing ...what to do ...please suggest

I am experiencing severe headaches along with sleep disturbances, and I notice a watery discharge from my nose especially when I bend forward. I can also feel water when I bend, and it is painful. I have ongoing sinus issues, and these symptoms are frequent and affecting my daily routine and sleep quality. I would like guidance on the possible cause of these symptoms and the appropriate treatment or tests needed.

I have crackling and popping sound in my both ears since 1.5 months and i cant hear words clearly sometimes or in low volume i did impedance audiometry which showed a type in left ear and b type in right ear i showed it to my ent he said ur eardrums are normal so no need to worry then what to do now can u prescribed me any medicine to get over this sound from my ears

After oral sex, a throat swab (pharyngeal swab) is the most critical test, as it specifically detects infections in the throat that urine and blood tests often miss. Doctors , what do you think about the above text? Also can you suggest how can I undergo an oral STI test since most of them take blood/urine as the sample. Pls guide urgently 🙏🙏

I am having sinus issues and headache very often. Almost everyday. Started taking antihistamines everyday and was able to manage the issue and no headache. If I stop antihistamin even for one day I fall sick with heavy head and headache.can't identify the reason for this. Is this any type of allergy. How can I manage without antihistamine

I have zero symptoms but since I was involved in unprotected oral and vaginal sex recently, i am just worried about an STI. But I have certain reasons why I can't get tested right now. Can I wait till November to get tested?

I see most clinics near me just provide blood or urine sample for STD testing How will they detect an STI in the throat due to oral sex?

I have severe dry cough since 7 days. I went to ENT and she told me to take Augmentin 500mg (3 tablets a day) for 5 days and now the dose is over. My cough is still there. It has reduced little only. Also, i am coughing continously for 4 hours every night. So should I continue the tablet again? I have taken 15 tablets already. I am 25 years old body weight is 56.

Hi doctor, on 28th Feb, i consumed alcohol, and also had unprotected oral and vaginal sex. 2-3 days after , i developed intense sore throat And i was having lot of pain while swallowing, with white patches ( first picture attached) but NO common cold symptoms. I went to the doctor, gave me antibiotic, allergy and i got healed. Within a week the same  throat pain and symptoms came back with white patches. I again went to the doctor, this time he gave me Moxykind cv 625 plus allergy. I again got better, pain went away , my patches reduced ( see 2nd picture).  But after 4 days of taking moxykind, i started having a scratchy, slightly burning feeling in my lower throat near the collar bone area. And today, my throat is hurting again but there are only very less white patches ( see 2nd picture) I am worried could it be an Oral STI?? Like gonnorhea or chylamadiya If yes. What tests should I get done to confirm?

I have persistent bad breath issue for a long time. I can breathe without any issues and no sinus issues. The only problem I have is thick sticky mucus being dripping down into my nasopharynx and I hawk and spit it out, which gives a bad taste and smell when I do that. But the mucus itself doesn't have any smell. A few days back I added xylitol into my sinus rinse and the second day I blowed out green mucus from only my left nose, while my right nose has clear mucus. And I could feel a slight pressure on my left sinus as well while the green mucus was draining. After the green mucus came out the sticky thick mucus feeling improved a bit. What's happening to me because I don't have any other sinus issues ? Is the bad breath because of that green mucus stuck deep ?
