Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swelling here in gums and it has been there for 4 days aprrox and today I noticed there is also slighttt swelling below and above incisor tooth of opposite sides. It hurt when i'm chewing food as the opposing tooth bites on gum other than that there is no such problem like dysphagia or swelling on the outside of jaw. The pain radiates sometimes to jaw. Yesterday i went to the dentist he said it might be viral parotitis as it is going around but i feel that is less likely the case, or it might me??

I have a sore throat, runny nose and fever since yesterday . I am also feeling weak and am having difficulty in eating food due to my sore throat

I have had pulsatile tinnitus (heartbeat-like sound in ear) for a long time. It's not just sound but also palpitating sensations inside ears and at the back of head (whole hind brain part). I developed increased sound sensitivity, especially at night. Even far distant sounds seem to be irritating my ear inside.  Most of the sounds hit my ears like sharp, distorted, and irritating, almost like a crackling noise. I also hear sounds like beep, or tick tick inside my ear. I'm unable to tolerate even white noise at night. Sometimes the tinnitus is accompanied by a sound/sensation similar to that of opening and closing of ear. It has become too hard to sleep. What can I do about this?

I have a running nose in the morning. Sometimes it will continue throughout the day. It will create a headache also. Which specialist do I need to consult?

Hello Doctor, I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. I have been having sinusitis with severe nose blockage, mucus, and occasional ear blockage feeling. For urticaria/allergy, I am taking Levohal-M. For sinusitis, I am using Azeflo nasal spray as prescribed. I am also doing steam inhalation. Recently, the ENT doctor performed a nose endoscopy and suctioned/removed mucus from my nose. Initially I felt relief, but next day,the nose blockage has come back again even after medicines and steam. Currently: - Nose still feels blocked - Mucus is still present - Sometimes ear blockage/pressure is there - No major fever Can you please advise: 2. Is this blockage normal after endoscopy and mucus suction? 3. Do I need another examination or follow-up? 4. Any safe additional treatment or precautions during pregnancy? Thank you.

Hi, I got cough last week, but I get hives if I take any anti histamines so was taking tulsi cough syrup and home made kadha..since yesterday evening my voice has become hoarse..not much cough but neck is feeling stressed out..getting little better with gargles and hot sips..Haven't taken any allopathic medicines due to fear of my bad urticaria problem.

Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing symptoms suggestive of Meniere’s Disease, including episodes of vertigo, occasional hearing disturbance, and earlier I had some noise sensation in the ear.
