Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I recent went through cortical mastiodactomy with tymoanoplasty the initial recovery is very good but after 3 weeks of surgery i had again seviour congestion and cold which again go in  middle ear and now after 7 weeks when my graft is at neotampurm stage i had again developing pain in back side of ear on mastoid region with redness and itching. very nevous and dont know what to do

Hi Doctors in Serving , Yesterday morning i had  sore throat , when i examined it in the mirror with the torch , i saw a flap like structure behind the uvula , when i googled it , I got to know that it is the epiglottis, what should I do, is it abnormal, no fever , no cough, no cold Nothing. is it a big tragedy

After continus treatment with Flomist Az for three months my ear fullness heavily reduced, my tinnitus noise reduced, only itching in the ear sometimes and sneezing. Am i recovering fully because there are some days where my ear was plugged like glued

I am suffering from nose congestion from last one month. No smell ..no runny nose.. as per doctor prescription taken 'montair LC ' medicine and nasoclear nasal Drop but there is no improvement. Please suggest.

Sir ,I have a polyp in vocal cord ( 3-5mm) , three doctors suggest surgery. 1) Is there any other treatment to reduce polyp without surgery?.  suppose I go to surgery,   I would like to know    1) Laser assist excision 2) Coblaster assisted MLs , Out of these , which is best, safest, low risk surgery sir?
