I have small bump on hard palate from last two months it's painless and hard no discomfort no any other symptoms

I've been experiencing a tightness/tug at the base of jaw or at the top end of my throat. I've been breathing a lot through my mouth as a way of coping up with my anxiety. Every morning for the last 3 days I wake up with this feeling of tightness/tug. It is not hindering my swallowing, but still it's very uncomfortable.

Had hoarseness of voice for 5 days now having throat pain from yesterday. Having pain even on swallowing saliva.

Hello Doctor, I would like to consult you regarding a throat issue that has been troubling me. I have been a smoker for the past 6 years. In 2023, I noticed small lumps on my palatopharyngeal arch and consulted an ENT specialist. I was prescribed medications, including Sporlac powder, and was told it was due to irritation. After that, I had a habit of consuming alcohol daily and frequently eating spicy and oily foods, and I used to lie down immediately after meals. I have stopped alcohol since mid-2025, but I am still unable to quit smoking. Currently, I continue to notice the lumps along with throat irritation, which is causing me significant anxiety. I am worried whether this condition is serious or could develop into cancer, and it is affecting my concentration at work. I would like your guidance on whether this is due to chronic irritation or something serious, if there is any risk of cancer. Have u treated similar cases and I need elaborate answers only. My 15 year old son has adenoid hyperthropy with enlarged tonsil of right side, acute pharyngitis and rhinosinustis, mouth breathing with obstructive sleep apnea level 2..he has cold and cough symptoms mainly in rainy season and recurrent infection and antibiotic course.In winter and summer he is okay, less to no infection..Is it due to adenoids or tonsils or allergies .Currently SLIT immunotherapy has been started.. Is this therapy enough or what other treatment can help him..

Hey doc, i have ocd so i did frequent intentional coughs. And got bleeding like in august,December 2025 once. Then in january and march 2026 once. Whenever I do not cough I don't get any blood. During feb 27- march 5 2026, i had a cold and cough. At that time I didn't get any blood. Is it normal to get a little streak whenever we cough hard and intentionally many times? I also have a history of smoking from 2019-2022= 3 a day 2024 aug-2026 march= 9 a day. So I was worried that maybe my smoking had caused CA.

Hello Doctor, I have been facing a persistent issue of sticky throat, especially in the morning. When I spit after waking up, thick, yellowish, thread-like mucus comes out. Sometimes, I also notice small round food particles along with the mucus. While swallowing, my throat feels coated and sticky. My tongue is always whitish with some rashes/patches and feels heavy. Occasionally, I notice slight blood in my spit while brushing in the morning. I had last year treated H pylori , but symptoms still persist. Could this be due to throat infection, sinus issue, acidity (GERD), or something else? Is it related to my previous H. pylori infection? What could be the reason for food particles in spit and white tongue coating? Please suggest possible diagnosis, required tests, and treatment. Thank you.

I've got tonsillitis's they said and on left side i have a lil stone. my throat is always irritated at the back it's been over a month since I'm suffering... Doc told me it's not something cancerous but you need you do saline gargle twice.. my lymph node is swollen the doc said.. What should be next course of action already completed antibiotics, omeprazoles and anti histamines course for 10 days in total. I'm feeling alright i can run and lift weights but the Throt stays irritated.

Got throat infection full pain not able to gulp my own spit as well, taking azythromycin and zedol p from one week please help doctor, I had lot of cool drinks and cool water in recent days where it started then I had cheese pizza these things
