Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been feeling lightheaded for last 6-7 years. Neither room spins nor i feel like i ll fall while walking it's still the feeling of something at back of my head all the time. There is a little neck stiffness. I felt the same 6-7 years back when I used to study so I visited Ortho doctor he did xray of spine, he said there is nothing. It can be postural. I do feel gastric issues and when gas builds up in the body it makes my head heavy. I wanted to know if I need to check for inner ear issue or some neurological issue it is or gas?

After eating dragon fruit I am having a feeling of something stuck and having pain in my throat but able to swallow food and water without difficulty. I am 10 weeks pregnant. Can i use any medicine for this.

I had another question is this abnormal , will it cause any problems to my vocal cords on any part of the throat or this is remaining till here only

I noticed two smooth white patches that are present symmetrically on both sides of my tonsillar area. They first appeared about 8–9 days ago, and a few days later I developed a sore throat, which has since improved. The patches are soft, not painful, and cannot be scraped off. My ENT diagnosed two tiny tonsilloliths (tonsil stones), but I am confused because tonsilloliths are usually tiny stones, whereas what I can see looks more like smooth white patches. I would like to understand whether these patches could be something other than tonsilloliths. I saw it on google that it can be a cancerous condition. I went to ENT but still concerned I dont drink, smoke or chew tobacco

Sir from yesterday having low fever 998 with throat pain and white spots on right side taken Azithromycin 500 ,today fever 101 taken dolo and Azithromycin,shall I need to continue or take different antibiotic pls give suggestions sir

Recent blood test results: • TSH: 7.20 (range 0.40–4.50) — high • Free T4: 1.4 (range 0.8–1.8) — normal • Free T3: 3.8 (range 2.3–4.2) — normal So my TSH is high but my actual thyroid hormones (T3, T4) are still in range. Symptoms: constant fatigue, low energy, low motivation, and I’ve been unable to lose weight despite trying. My questions: 1. Is this “subclinical hypothyroidism”? How serious is it? 2. Does this needs any medication, and how long the medication will be for?

Yearly once mainly feb - Mar I get Bronchitis(Past 2 years) I consult a pulmonologist and after taking medicines it will go off. This year I did not get that instead I had allergic rhinitis like morning when i wake up I get 10 to 15 sneeze then running nose as days passed had pain under both jawline. I think its lymph nodes Gradually pain went off then I also took certrizine and sneeze was not there for a week when i stopped the tablet I got sneeze again whenever i sneeze the area under neck pains for some hours and gets back normal same scenario gets continued for more than a month. Now when i press the neck area I get pain. Looking forward to any suggestions.
