Hi Doctor,
My snoring increased during pregnancy and now one month postpartum it has reduced a bit but still is loud. There is no nasal blockage but something in throat that makes the sound.
Is there a solution to this.
Thanks

Its because of lifestyle shift during pregnancy and after pregnancy; just give urself sometime and drink more and more water and have easy digestible food and take frequent small meals; and go with the process; postpartum body shows so many changes and with baby things get really hard just trust the process and take walks after meals.
Next Steps
If no improvement noted in 6 months then consult a nearby ENT specialist
Nothing to worry about, it can be due to the increase of weight associated with the pregnancy. You can wait for 6 months, if still persisting means, consult doctor.
Postpartum Reflux sometimes causing inflammatory changes in throat mucosa as well wt also responsible for snoring. Give some time it will decrease but after 6 months if persists and day by day increasing then go with ENT checkup
